About this listing
My home is located in the charming neighborhood of Bayview, just 5 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, 8 minutes from the airport, 2 blocks from Humboldt Park, walking distance to many awesome local shops and eateries, and 1 block from Target for all those little things we always forget to pack. In addition I am located one block off Howell Avenue for easy access to the Milwaukee County Transit's "Green Line" which is the express line to downtown, running about every 15 minutes it's a great way to get around to all of Milwaukee's star attractions. I have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom available on the upper level of my home. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also an open living area to relax in.
There is not a separate entrance to the upper level however the staircase is a straight shot from the front door and the entire upper floor is free for booking as I only reside on the first floor, so privacy is a real perk. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen as they desire to prepare or store food during their stay, I only ask that guests bring their own food and clean up after themselves. Additionally I am pleased to be able to accommodate guests' needs and comfort by providing wireless internet access and access to my washer and dryer depending on the length of their stay and necessity. I am more than happy to help cooperative guests with getting to, from, and around our city. Feel free to ask for help with directions, bus schedules and routes, and for recommendations for great places to eat, shop, or for local entertainment during your stay since I love sharing my community with visitors. Off street parking is regularly available in front of my home and I would be happy to assist guests with over night parking permissions and alternate street parking for 3 days. I have a garage spot for longer stays. As a host I am pretty accommodating and can be flexible in meeting your needs so please feel free to contact me with any additional inquiries regarding this listing and my neighborhood. Check it out and I hope to see you soon!

Other things to note
Check in time may be flexible if I'm not working that day or I can give you instructions to let yourself in.
My home is yours during your stay with the common understanding that you are guests and I would appreciate that my space and belongings would be treated as you would treat your own. Guests are to refrain from using or accessing areas not designated for their use as agreed upon in my listing as well as my verbal and written communications. Guests should feel free to use my kitchen as long as they provide their own food and kindly clean up after themselves. For your own safety and security as well as mine I also ask guests to carefully follow all instructions regarding access to our home, making sure doors are closed and locked when they are out. We would ask that guests conduct themselves accordingly and behave in a manner that is mutually respectful of my shared living arrangement, my only specific rule would be that our home is a smoke/drug free environment (you are more than welcome to smoke outside). Lastly for your own sake we ask that you follow our parking guide lines to avoid ticketing during your stay.
I am a designer at Milwaukee Tool and also have a massage license. I love meeting new people and enjoy the exchange that occurs when people with diverse and interesting lives cross paths. I am also very fond of my community and love sharing with visitors the many amazing local favorites often overlooked in tourist planning.
