The Space

Our most luxurious suite has inspired extraordinary romantic, dream-like experiences. Nestled in a lush jungle setting with ocean views, this suite features a king-size outdoor bed—with memory foam and 1200 thread count sheets, goose down pillows and comforter of course--with a mirrored canopy.

The bed and food preparation areas are screened-in under a pavilion roof—like a beautiful bird cage for people.

The other half of the suite is an adjoining indoor redwood room (separated by a shoji screen) with a queen-size futon, two-way access bathroom, dressers and entertainment center.

While the suite is a perfect secluded hideaway for a couple, some people enjoy sharing this exquisite experience with family or friends.

Outside, hidden by tropical vegetation for your privacy, is a shower and a romantic double bathtub sunken in lava.

A private round deck overlooks rock walls and gardens, a meadow and beyond to the white water of the bay at the ancient "Place of Refuge." You can step outside of time in this magical space

Voted #1 Big Island Hawaii Bed and Breakfast by readers of West Hawaii Today, this unique Big Island romantic eco-spa treehouse style Hawaii bed and breakfast offers Healthy Pleasures that include communing with friendly wild dolphins, snorkeling, diving, labyrinth, yoga space, organic garden, Hawaiian lomilomi massage, birding, hammock, flower essences, far infra red sauna, wireless high speed internet -- hosting weddings, honeymoons, families, workshops and individuals...

More than a Bed and Breakfast, this upscale SwissFamilyRobinson-style getaway caters to a kinder, gentler tourist looking for beauty, authenticity, good health, and heartfelt FUN.

Near the ancient Pu'uhonua O Honaunau (Place of Refuge) on the Big Island of Hawaii's sunny Kona Coast, this "spiritually correct country club" is a modern day sanctuary in the monkeypod trees.

The entire Bed and Breakfast encompasses three suites and two rooms (it accommodates at least 16 people comfortably). All rooms have their own private bathrooms, private entrances and private outdoor showers.

Every morning we serve a organic wholesome breakfast that is also gluten free!

You are invited to come and make yourself at home in this expansive, joy-filled "treehouse". Feel free to join our Ohana (family), allowing us to help make your Hawaiian experience wonderfully memorable, full of Healthy Pleasures.

  • The honeymoon suite is placed in a jungle canopy of mirrors, screens and tropical foliage that creates an edenic dream state during your stay The outdoor shower is surprisingly luxurious- the entire layout of the room immerses you in nature while protecting you from the elements. The bed- amazing in itself- needs a mast- it made me feel like marco polo as if I could set sail from it. My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts in the common area with its full buffet of organic nuts and oatmeals, exotic fruit jellies, freshly baked breads and the interesting conversation from the cast of eccentric and friendly characters staying and working at the ranch. We would definitely stay there again when on the Big Island.
