Three of us went to Nashville for weekend conference. Moses was very friendly, and easy to deal with. His home was charming and the backyard was very peaceful and restful. Moses' house is located in an amazingly quiet neighborhood. Moses is also a music professional in Nashville so he had no shortage of recommendations for where to go listen to good music and, of course, where to eat well.
My husband and I stayed at Moses house for three nights to attend a workshop. Moses was very hospitable, he told us about a few good restaurants close by. His home was very homey, comfortable and most important clean. His back yard was absolutely Gorgeous!!! We wished we could have spent more time in it. It truly is like a nature reserve. We would definitely stay at Moses house again if we return to Nashville. Mike & Penny
We had a great time at Moses' house - it's very cozy and homey, and the backyard is simply beautiful!
He also has a great selection of dvds which we treated ourselves to, and gave us multiple ways to reach out for help.
The house is about a 15 min drive from downtown/non-chain restaurants, so if you plan to eat out alot, be sure to plan around this. Overall a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Beautiful setting, very quiet and tranquil. Bed was comfortable, plenty of space. This older home feels like staying at your Uncle's house, lots of family pictures and memoribilia. Very good communication from the host. This is a great alternative to an impersonal hotel.
My group had a wonderful time in Marty's house and yard. After driving around town a lot and working very hard, they had a very pleasant and relaxing time there. They enjoyed a great barbecue evening as well as other quite and beautiful nights in the yard and good night sleeps. Also they really loved the forest lodge like atmosphere. Would send my friends back any time.
Our group of four was very comfortable and well accommodated at this beautiful house. The backyard really was incredible. We loved sitting outside and using the barbecue and the interior was very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here if you are small group of 2-4 people. Marty is a great guy and had a guest book that answered all of our questions about the place, and things around it. We appreciate him letting us stay here and would do it again.
My wife and I, and another couple, spent a long weekend in Nashville. Marty's place was great. It was clean, quiet, and had all we needed to make our stay fun and affordable. The location is only 12 mins from downtown, yet you feel like your an hour away from the hustle and bustle. Marty was very accommodating and his family members were willing to share some "great" places to see while we weren't enjoying the "night life". Looking forward to possibly staying there again in the future. Thanks Marty!
