Completely private upstairs 2 bedroom suite, private bath and open breakfast nook. Private use of front porch veranda. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge. We are in town in the historic district a block from restaurants,shops,museums, and moments from wineries, hiking & boating! Walk down to our lower lot where we have a fire pit & chairs to relax in and enjoy the quiet view on Van Cleef Lake which is part of the NY State and Erie Canal System.

Thank you for such a wonderful review! The other great thing about the porch is that we are located in town (not on a highway) in the historic district with a large park across the street. The suite upstairs does not face out on the 2 lane road and is peacefully quiet at night for sleeping!
