The space
Our lovingly renovated three-bedroom, one-bath home has been crafted to captivate and charm. The bedrooms - a luxurious king and two plush queens - are an alluring blend of boho and dreamy comfort, complete with ceiling fans and blackout blinds for a perfect night’s rest.

The kitchen marries design with practicality. It comes fully stocked with all your necessities, from tea and coffee to a fully loaded spice rack, and cooking essentials for your culinary adventures.

The living room is light, spacious and welcoming. It has a plush sectional and plenty of throw blankets to get nice and cozy. There is smart TV with numerous apps for your entertainment.

Please note the fireplace is non-functioning.

Other things to note
Parties and gatherings are not permitted. This is a requirement by the City of Redding, and guests will be fined $500 for any violation.

The City of Redding also requires all guests to park off the street. We have three parking spaces available.

Redding’s noise ordinance is quiet time between 10pm and 7am, guests are required to adhere to this.

Please note there is a train line that runs through Redding, about half a mile from the house, so there will be times you may hear the trains.
