  • This apartment was great, and my boyfriend and I had a fantastic time. There's enough space for 2 people, the location was nice - out of the busy city centre but still close enough that it's about a 30 minute walk to some of the major sights. I would definitely stay here again if I head back to madrid. Muchas gracias Lorenzo!

  • Lorenzo is super nice !!!!
The loft is perfect for two people. The room is very clean, I just feel I was at my home.
Also, it's really near the metro and only 10 minutes to go to the center.
There's no WiFi but it didn't bother us much. I had a great time here and I would like to come back here again !

  • The place is in a safe building and the streets seemed safe. Easy access to metro and therefore the rest of Madrid. spartan but a good low buget place to stay. limited kitchen, one hotplate, small pot for heating water for tea, two pans and enough cutlery and dishes for two. washing machine broken (no door.) the place was clean with clean linen.
Lorenzo and his wife where very nice and accommodating. quick responses and waited for us at the metro exit when it took longer than expected to leave the airport. warning for nonsmoker's it does smell like cigarettes.

  • Lorenzo was a very welcoming host who was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. The apartment was a decent size for two and was very close to a metro stop as well as several shops and bars. Unfortunately we were not able to use the washing machine (something we looked for when booking) as there was no door on it. Although Lorenzo did not speak much English he made a lot of effort to ensure we had all the information we needed and that we could contact him with any issues.

  • Lorenzo's place was perfect for our stay in Madrid. The apartment was easy to find, in a great location, clean, and had everything we needed. Lorenzo is a very nice and accommodating host. Highly recommended for a easy, no-headache, enjoyable visit to Madrid!

  • The stay at the apartment was fabulous. The apartment, though not big, was very clean, quiet and equipped with everything needed. Plus, Lorenzo and his wife were very kind, helpful and reliable. The neighborhood is nice, there is a brandnew park as well as a large former slaughterhouse, now turned cultural venue (with concerts, exhibitions, etc.) just around the corner. The city center is easily and quickly reachable by metro and bus. Definitely recommended.

About
