Pam received us from the airport and drove back home. On the way she briefed us on the transport options available nearby the apartment. Once reached home, she prepared sandwich for us and every moment we felt like we are at home. She was so friendly the breakfast she prepared for us along with variety of fruits was awesome. If we got a chance to visit Sydney again, undoubtedly we will stay with Pam.
Pam is not just a host. She is an instant friend and a wonderfully happy relaxed person. We felt so welcome in her beautiful home. It is filled with gorgeous and interesting artefacts. The bedroom is perfect and has the comfiest bed in Sydney. The location is a perfect balance between Bondi beach and bondi junction. I can't emphasise how much we loved staying with Pam. Would recommend her glorious hospitality to anyone.
Pam was incredibly welcoming & supportive during a wonderful 9-night stay. She gave us a great tour of the area on our first night, and provided wonderful recommendations for things to do. Her home was very comfortable & convenient. We wish we could have stayed much longer!
Pam is a very friendly and sweet lady. She offered to pick us up from the airport for a less price when compared to the usual taxi fare. The house was very comfortable and clean. She arranged good breakfast with different choices of fruit , healthy cereals , bread and spread, eggs, coffee and wide variety of tea. We were so pleased when she asked through us on what breakfast we would prefer before getting groceries. Also she was so nice to check on us whether we had breakfast or not. She also offered valuable information about public transportation , cheap and good food places nearby. She always used to inquire to see if everything was comfortable and at the same time she made sure that we got enough privacy. She used to leave lovely notes in the kitchen for us if we are leaving early in the morning. We missed a pre-booked Shark Dive at Manly because we couldn't reach on time and the customer representatives were very rude and they neither put us on a different slot nor offered us any refund. When we shared this with Pam she felt so bad about it and took time to speak with the customer service and made lot of effort to get us the refund at the very least. It was so nice of her that she offered a ride to the cricket ground when it was very hot outside. This is a very nice place to stay and Pam made every effort to make this place feel like its your home. I would definitely recommend Pam and her place.
Pam is the absolute best host in all of Airbnb...not that we've tried them all, but she makes us feel so comfortable and so at home. We love talking with her, listening to her suggestions, appreciate her wisdom, her experience and her smarts! Pam is most anxious to accommodate and please.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed with Pam, and now we are family! What more could we ask for?
Thank you Pam for being a specially marvelous person. We had a perfectly marvelous stay!
Pam is very pleasant and kind woman like a mother. Her appartment is located in a very good area and close to a convenient traffic interchange point - Bondi Junction train station. It is about 10-15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive by bus from Bondi train station to Pam's apartment. Also, it is very easy to take public transport to popular place like the Central Station, China Town, Town Hall, Bondi beach etc.
Pam's home is also very comfortable and relax as like in home. The daily breakfast provided is good taste and very suitable for us. Pam and my wife have very good sharing about the life and health. I and my wife enjoyed the stay in Pam's home.

About the Host, Pam
I am a retired single woman and I love to share my home with travellers as a way of funding my own trips. I love the beach, travel and meeting new people.
I spent three months living in Turkey in 2012 and 2013, which I loved. I also spent five weeks in Washington DC and New York in 2011. In 2014 I travelled north to Queensland with my tent.
My motto is "If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space."
I have two adult sons...one in Melbourne and the other in Sydney. I love driving my car but mostly I like my Piaggio X8 scooter which takes me on many long trips, and I ride with a couple of bike groups.
I enjoy paragliding, gliding and skydiving when I get the opportunity and one day will complete a PADI diving course.
I love meeting new people and hearing their stories, and sometimes I like a glass of red wine.
I am an avid reader and when travelling, like to read novels written by authors from the country I am in. I read "The Last Train to Istanbul" by Ayse Kulin and Orhan Pamuk's "Memories of Istanbul" while I was in Turkey, and in the US: "Ächilles in Vietnam," a non-fiction. I am happy to recommend Australian novels for overseas visitors. I also am an art gallery nut and love all sorts of food.
I have lived in the Bondi Beach area for many years and can be a great local guide if you need one.
I have a fairly recent degree in Indonesian and Journalism and spent half of 2007 working in Hanoi.
I love my local beach and summer is my favourite season. I am happy to lend you my bodyboard.
