Relax in this unique and quiet getaway in the most beautiful area of the island. Comfortable and fully equipped apartment with 3 balconies and decorated with a special charm. Pool and garden area with BBQ grill, bathroom and outdoor shower. You can see the sea because we are a few meters from the beach! The property's view is truly spectacular in the southern part of the island. We are 10 minutes from the ferry, 15 minutes from Playa Norte and a few minutes from the spectacular views in Punta Sur!

The space
Our condo has 4 apartments, this is the 4th with a beautiful view of the pool. The living room and each of the bedrooms have their own balcony. We have air conditioning in each of the apartment's rooms.

We are located on the coast, and a few minutes from Punta Sur where there are spectacular views, in front of the iconic Casa Caracol. Within a 10 min walk you can find the first beach where you can swim. It's really fun to rent a golf cart to tour the surrounding area. It's a very safe area and you can walk at night without any fear. There is public transportation in front of our door that takes you everywhere!
