The Space

This Villa has a lot of charm, a top location with direct access to petitenget, semyniak and kerobokan, 10mins To Oberoi, 15mins to Kuta:

The Villa, is close to the crossing of Jln Petitenget and Jln Kerobokan. Petitenget is the spot for parties, beach clubs, and restaurants. Jln Kerobokan is local district with a lot of shops, restaurants and quiet as busy places. Driving down on Jalan Kerobokan takes you in a minute to Seminyak for another kind of shopping and restaurants. (more touristic, more expensive :p )
Commodities are just 2mins from your door, and places like Café Moka are 4mins by scooter, straight line. This is definitely a top location for your daily needs and alive evenings while staying in a quiet area.

It is a beautiful and relaxing 2 bedrooms villa with 2 ensuite bathroom.
The living room and the kitchen are spacious and gives onto the garden, as the main bedroom.

The swimming pool is 6x4, not ideal for olympic players but large enough to have fun!

4 pool seats and a Gazebo to enjoy relaxing evenings at home :)

As the villa is nicely decorated and with large open spaces, it makes it really pleasant to live in. I suggest this house for short term and definitely long term stays.

Daily Housekeeping and pool boy included. Laundry is very cheap, the housekeeping will take care of it for free, just pay her back the laundry's fees.

We lived there for 18 days.
All was good. Not perfect, good. It's Indonesia)
Like on pictures, nice pool, all needs 2 lonely gues we had)
Constraction in front of entrance, but not big and not noisy.
So it worth the money, thank you Rafi!

  • This great villa is situated in a residential area of Kerobokan and therfore ideal for anyone who wants to experience the real Bali with still all the great tourist attractions within simple reach. Once you leave the main street you seem to enter a small village: local shops, a tailor, some ricepaddies waiting for the developers... Here you can still here gamelan in stead of disco beats.
The villa itself is great. The interior decoration full with traditional wood. Comfortable beds and rooms, in- and outdoorshower and of course the swimming pool with the deckchairs. For anyone in need of a bit of rest and some privacy (not too difficult since all Balinese traditional style houses are surrounded by walls :-)). The villa was clean and the service (daily cleaning) good. The villa corresponded with the description and pictures. I loved staying here. The villa was a very good for money.

  • Stayed for 4 nights. Pretty easy to find the place following the directions provided. The Villa looks better than the pictures. The two bedrooms are very similar, with one facing onto the private pool. Drinking water and basic cooking tools are provided. I would advise booking some sort of transport for yourself if you plan on heading out, it's about an 8 minute walk to the main road where you can hail a cab.

Overall, had a great stay here and would love to come back again.

  • Rafi was a great host and the villa is just wonderful. very well located, just 10min bike ride to all the shops and restaurants in Seminyak. also big thanks to Sacho for all of his effort. When we had a problem with the water/ electricity/ internet (This is Bali, it happens sometimes) Sacho called the technician and they came and fix very quickly, also big thanks to Nyoman for keeping the room clean everyday. She takes care of the laundry(done next day) also we asked her for shopping for us (to get water, fruits, daily things etc. pls don't forget to tip her) and she did great job. all in all we had very pleasant one month stay in the villa. We already miss Rafi's villa and would like to come back again. Thank you.

  • The villa is amazing & just as in the pictures. The location is central to anything you want to do in the South of Bali (Canggu, Seminayak, Kuta, Nusa Dua, etc.) We used it as a very comfortable yet cheap home base for two couples to see most of Bali. The place is about 2km from the beach (we jogged to the beach a few mornings). It has a supermarket, fruit market, and many restaurants within 10 min. walking but the area within walking distance of the villa is not where you will want to spend most of your time... the best way to utilize this place is to rent scooters as a lot of the best things in Bali are within scooter range of the place (we went as far as Pura Tanah Lot & Ulu Watu by scooter no problem... beyond that I would hire a car & driver for the day). Sacho is very helpful and has many connections in Bali (he can get you scooters or a van with driver for the day...taxi, etc.). It has all of the modern comforts aside from washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a maid who comes every day but Sunday and will do the dishes and tidy up. Also, you can leave her 30,000RP (per kilo) or so and she will have your laundry done in 24hrs by a place down the street. Expect bugs in the wet season...this is Bali & cannot be helped. The pool & outdoor showers make the place feel very wonderful and exotic. I highly recommend.
