Parlor floor in 1890's brownstone. Light and windows from the east, south and west, ie: bright and sunny all day. Wood floors painted white with oriental rugs, plants, and art everywhere. Great price for the area. Your portion of the space is shown here in the photos. It's like a hotel suite with the bedroom in the front of the house or what used to be the living room and the the living room, sitting, television area is attached but separated by the velvet curtain. Off to the side is a walk in closet - huge, it's actually a room I converted that is complete with two windows. We share a common kitchen and a bathroom that has a gigantic old fashioned tub as well as a shower, and hot water that goes on for days. Greenpoint, Brooklyn is absolutely amazing. It's the up and coming neighborhood bar none. Close to delicious restaurants and chic coffee shops. 15 minute walk to the Bedford L train or a 2 block walk to the Greenpoint G train and or one block from the B62 bus, it's extremely close to McCarren Park and hipster Williamsburg.
Prefer to rent monthly, but weekly and two day minimum rates are also available. A great place for a couple or solo artist. Weekly rate is obviously more expensive than a monthly rate. All utilities, wireless internet included and a washer / dryer as well. Lots of plants, airy and bright. This space is unique because although it is in an old, historic building I've painted the floors glossy white and maintained an eclectic modern look that takes it to another level. It's organized and clean while also being warm and home like. I think you'll love it.

Wow, beautiful suite, lovely roommate quaint and quiet neighborhood near everything. Memory foam mattress perfect for wary travelers.
The pictures don't truly demonstrate the layout of the place. The pictures show as if you have a whole apartment to yourself, but its basically a big room, separating the area you sleep to your common space, by a curtain. For the price that is being asked, I was expecting it to be perfect, yet the place had a lot of extra stuff in it, wasn't perfectly clean, and, it came with a roommate.
Adrianna has misrepresented the space. I clearly say it's a share in the description which denotes a roommate. The curtain Adrianna describes does not separate the common space but the space that is part of the en-suite which is not shared. The "extra stuff" in it is probably some of my clothes, books etc.....
I paid a maid $80 to clean the space the day Adrianna arrived so I did my best.
I think it might be difficult to please her.
Great apartment, wonderful location. Very clean and comfortable.
Elizabeth was very helpful and communicative and her home is lovely. I stayed for 3 nights over New Years and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
Elizabeth's is charming, clean and convenient. You'll be very happy renting either one of her rooms!
Elizabeth was a great host. Her apartment is warm, welcoming and clean. It's on a tree lined street in Greenpoint, close to many good bars and restaurants but safe. It's an area I would highly recommend!
I completely enjoyed my stay at Elizabeth's apartment. Beautifully decorated, very clean, great light, and a fantastic bed. She was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant overall. Her kitties were mostly out of sight but friendly. Thanks for a great stay!
The host canceled my reservation 8 days before arrival. very stressful !!
