Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Budget friendly and centrally located near all of the fun Long Beach has to offer. Close to many restaurants and gyms, 2 blocks from the Blue Line Metro rail and close to the 710/405, walking distance from the convention center, and in close proximity to the ocean. There are other guests in the house and I make sure the house stays clean and the atmosphere relaxed.
Not appropriate for double occupancy for period over a week nor for guests who don't have an occupation or plan to work from home.

The space
The room a king size bed with with memory foam pillowtop. It has a large closet where you can store your luggage and hang your clothes.

Guest access
Access to all the public spaces in the house. It is a large 4 bedrooms house.

During your stay
Guests will be left to their own devices but I am more than happy to engage in conversations and help when asked a question about the city.

Other things to note
The location is fantastic, right downtown Long Beach and walking distance to many places. That also means that the house is in a busy part of town, not a suburban set-up so take this into consideration when booking. Friday and Saturday night street parking can be a challenge as many people come to enjoy the many restaurants and clubs downtown. Driveway can be reserved for a fee if don't want to look for parking.

The house is located near all of the fun Long Beach has to offer: The Aquarium of the Pacific, Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach Arena, Main library, Long Beach Performing Arts Center, Grand Prix, Shoreline Village, The Queen Mary, shopping, dining, easy access to the 710 Freeway.
There is Gold Gym a block away and many crossfit/yoga/pilates places walking distance. Long Beach is a great city!
