Recently renovated, this modern condo is beautiful throughout, with hardwood floors, area rugs, a high-end audio system in the living room with thousands of CDs, a 42 inch Panasonic plasma flatscreen TV with premium cable, with lots of interesting books and magazines. Nicely furnished, with an eclectic collection of original art and photography.

Strictly non-smoking inside and out, even on the patio. Please be considerate of our neighbors, especially while enjoying the patio and in the pool area. Lots of hard surfaces out there and voices really carry to an amazing degree,
