I loved the room! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quite place yet close to restaurants and public transportation.
The room is very bright and cozy and also big (it has a couch and a table so you have plenty of room for big bags). the bathroom is quite small but the shower is good and strong and privacy makes it worthy.
The kitchen was well equipped but you could only cook until 10pm.
They had a party one day and it was very nice to meet all house guests!
I spend a month there and it was lovely!
My 19-year-old daughter and I stayed at Kintoo's guest house for five nights last week, and had a marvelous experience. The house and room were as advertised, clean and comfortable; Kintoo was very helpful and accommodating. The establishment is well-run and well-organized, and
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Thank you, Kintoo, for making my first experience with AirBnB such a good one!
I felt at home - love the location and the house. Great street. Kintoo is professional, laid back and helpful. - room is affordable, comfy and clean, comes with extras like a high tech toilet (!), soaps and shampoos, iron, hair dryer, access to a kitchen, and lovely back garden. Highly recommend
This was my first stay through Airbnb and I had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean with huge windows and a comfortable queen bed. The location was also excellent, on a quiet street only one block away from the great restaurants and shops of Queen West. Kintoo was very organized, friendly and extremely professional. If you're looking for great value and comfortable stay, I highly recommend this apartment!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and the host was very helpful. Every day we were facinated to step off the busy downtown streets into this quiet neighborhood that you would not believe was only a block away from the hussle and bussle. Even though we were just a few feet from Queen St. we felt safe and comfortable. We were within walking distance to tons of Resturaunt and Sites! We were thrilled with our stay in Toronto!

About the Host, Kintoo
We are priviledged to be the owners of this historical century home in downtown Toronto. Called the Grand Dame of Niagara, this classic Victorian is one of the earliest and largest homes in the Trinity-Bellwoods area of Queen West long before it was developed into the Art and Entertainment centre of Toronto. This house has been meticulously restored in the last 10 years with the goal of keeping its old world charm while updating to provide all the comforts of a modern home.
Our community is populated mostly by artists and families who have made the area home for generations. Living here allows you to experience the diversity and excitement of Toronto. You can live among locals while within close proximity to all the city has to offer. We love to stroll along Queen St and browse the independent galleries and shops or relax in one of the trendy cafes watching city life pass by. Steps away is Trinity-Bellwoods Park, one of the largest in the city, where we can get loss in nature or play a game of tennis, baseball or soccer. An extended walk from the house will take you through multicultural neighbourhoods of Little Italy, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Getting to the city centre along Queen St with its fashion stores or King St with its trendy restaurants and performance theatres provide some of the most interesting walks you will find in the city.
These are some of the reasons we have made this part of Toronto our home. We are avid travellers ourselves and appreciate the whole world of experiences outside our doors. It would be our pleasure to share these experiences with our guests from all over the world.
