Kintoo and Joseph are great hosts. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is very clean and the patio lovely to have breakfast in the sun. We recommend Kintoo's house highly!
I stayed in Room 3 for a month. Both Kintoo and Joseph, his father-in-law who is the resident housekeeper, made me feel very welcome. Joseph allowed me to drop off my bags early, and even lended me a toonie to have change for the streetcar. Joseph gave me a tour of the house which was very useful, and Kintoo came and said hello too. The listing was accurate although the hot tub is only available to those staying in Room 5. Also, I wasn't aware it was such a large guesthouse with several bedrooms but that said, I never found I had to wait to use the shared bathroom or kitchen. The neighbourhood is pleasant - it's a quiet residential road but just around the corner you have Queen St with all it's facilities and places to eat and drink and the streetcar stops are just a block over. There are also several TD Bikeshare docking stations nearby. It's a great, central location.
A great experience in Toronto only exaggerated by staying in a great place. So close to the action as well.
Staying at Kintoo house was very nice. Joseph help us very much and he is a very dedicated person.
The room looks very much like the photo posted on the web site and is very nicely located.
My stay at kintoo young was super pleasant. I loved my room, I had a lovely view of the CN tower. I would defiantly return!
Great service as always. Clean room, great and helpful host. Absolutely no problems at all, will book again soon.
We were looking for a less intense, more convenient location and convivial accommodation than what one typically experiences in hotels. Staying at Kintoo's place provided just what we wanted. The neighbourhood was very pleasant. The situation so close to Queen St. was excellent for quick access to food and shopping and downtown. It was a mere 15-minute stroll from Kensington. The house was charming and clean. Our host, Joseph, was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared resources - the bathroom and the kitchen - were like the room, clean and comfortable. I would stay with Kintoo again and I recommend his place at 733 Richmond St to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in southwest Toronto.

About the Host, Kintoo
We are priviledged to be the owners of this historical century home in downtown Toronto. Called the Grand Dame of Niagara, this classic Victorian is one of the earliest and largest homes in the Trinity-Bellwoods area of Queen West long before it was developed into the Art and Entertainment centre of Toronto. This house has been meticulously restored in the last 10 years with the goal of keeping its old world charm while updating to provide all the comforts of a modern home.
Our community is populated mostly by artists and families who have made the area home for generations. Living here allows you to experience the diversity and excitement of Toronto. You can live among locals while within close proximity to all the city has to offer. We love to stroll along Queen St and browse the independent galleries and shops or relax in one of the trendy cafes watching city life pass by. Steps away is Trinity-Bellwoods Park, one of the largest in the city, where we can get loss in nature or play a game of tennis, baseball or soccer. An extended walk from the house will take you through multicultural neighbourhoods of Little Italy, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Getting to the city centre along Queen St with its fashion stores or King St with its trendy restaurants and performance theatres provide some of the most interesting walks you will find in the city.
These are some of the reasons we have made this part of Toronto our home. We are avid travellers ourselves and appreciate the whole world of experiences outside our doors. It would be our pleasure to share these experiences with our guests from all over the world.
