Villa Martinet is a stylish Ibizan villa with panoramic sea views, located just minutes from Ibiza Town and Talamanca Beach. The property features a 10m x 5m saltwater pool, multiple terraces with al-fresco dining for up to 14, a summer kitchen, BBQ area, and a home cinema and gym.

Inside, the villa offers 6 ensuite bedrooms, most with sea views. The interiors are bright and minimal, with air conditioning throughout. Ideal for groups seeking comfort and proximity to town.

The space
Villa Martinet is a contemporary and elegant villa set in one of Ibiza’s most sought-after residential areas, just a short drive from Ibiza Town and moments from the golden sands of Playa Talamanca. Perched above the coastline, the villa offers sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea, the old town of Dalt Vila, and, in the distance, the outline of Formentera.

The outdoor areas are designed to maximise these views, with multiple terraces arranged across different levels of the property. The main pool terrace features a 10m x 5m saltwater swimming pool surrounded by loungers, a shaded al-fresco dining area for 14 guests, a barbecue, and a fully equipped summer kitchen. A second outdoor dining space, closer to the main living areas, seats 12 and offers further relaxed lounge seating; ideal for enjoying the surrounding landscape in both sun and shade.

Inside, the villa has been finished in a clean, minimalist style. Polished floors, white walls, and soft, neutral furnishings create a calm and refined atmosphere. Air conditioning is available throughout, and all living spaces are designed to frame the sea views.

The main living area opens directly onto the upper terrace, with a large, pale sofa offering a perfect place to enjoy the view. This space is open-plan to the fully equipped kitchen, finished in light wood with marble worktops. On the lower floor, there is a second lounge area which includes a home cinema system, and a compact gym for guests' use.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.

Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.

To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.

Santa Eulària des Riu (often simply called Santa Eulalia) is a laid-back town on Ibiza’s east coast, known for its relaxed atmosphere, clean beaches, and strong local character. It’s a popular area for families, couples, and anyone looking for a quieter alternative to the island’s more lively resorts.

The town has a broad sandy beach backed by a palm-lined promenade that stretches along the seafront, offering a pleasant place for walking, cycling, or enjoying a coffee at one of the many cafés and restaurants. The marina, located at the southern end of the promenade, is home to a range of yachts and sailing boats, along with more restaurants and small shops.

Santa Eulalia’s town centre is compact and easy to explore on foot. It has a good mix of local services, supermarkets, independent shops, and a weekly market. Cultural highlights include the Puig de Missa, a historic whitewashed hilltop church with views over the town and coastline.

Residential areas such as the street where this villa is located, are peaceful and well-situated—close enough to walk to the town centre and beach, yet far enough to enjoy a more private and tranquil setting. These neighbourhoods tend to be quiet, with a mix of local homes and holiday villas, making them a practical and comfortable base for a stay on the island.

Santa Eulalia is also well connected by road to the rest of the island. Ibiza Town is about a 20-minute drive away, and other beaches and inland villages can be reached easily by car.
