The space
Villa Martinet is a contemporary and elegant villa set in one of Ibiza’s most sought-after residential areas, just a short drive from Ibiza Town and moments from the golden sands of Playa Talamanca. Perched above the coastline, the villa offers sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea, the old town of Dalt Vila, and, in the distance, the outline of Formentera.
The outdoor areas are designed to maximise these views, with multiple terraces arranged across different levels of the property. The main pool terrace features a 10m x 5m saltwater swimming pool surrounded by loungers, a shaded al-fresco dining area for 14 guests, a barbecue, and a fully equipped summer kitchen. A second outdoor dining space, closer to the main living areas, seats 12 and offers further relaxed lounge seating; ideal for enjoying the surrounding landscape in both sun and shade.
Inside, the villa has been finished in a clean, minimalist style. Polished floors, white walls, and soft, neutral furnishings create a calm and refined atmosphere. Air conditioning is available throughout, and all living spaces are designed to frame the sea views.
The main living area opens directly onto the upper terrace, with a large, pale sofa offering a perfect place to enjoy the view. This space is open-plan to the fully equipped kitchen, finished in light wood with marble worktops. Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
