Kathleen's place was exactly what we needed and how she described it. Clean, stocked, comfortable. GREAT shower pressure. They bikes were a nice extra. She was very accommodating and responsive. She also has a great informational area on the wall inside the room that we took advantage of. Great WIFI. Thanks Kathleen!

Kathleen is the best hostess ever! It's the only place we want to stay in Austin. We've stayed in the $200 + rooms in downtown and prefer staying with Kathleen at her Travis Heights Hideaway Studio. We've stayed at other airbnb locations not only in Austin but other cities in the US and still love Kathleen's Travis Heights Hideaway Studio the most. Kathleen is an awesome most accommodating hostess and impeccably takes care of her property! Don't miss an opportunity to stay with Kathleen.

Kathleen's place is a gem. The apartment is a short drive or bike ride from S Congress and the East side. Kathleen was extra accommodating and was able to offer an early check in and late check out because other guests weren't due yet. The apartment was extremely thoughtfully stocked with anything you could need, and Kathleen was on hand if you did need to ask anything else (which you won't, because it has everything). One of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in.

Kathleens place was very comfortable and is in a great location. My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. We definitely enjoyed the use of the bikes and all of the perks of staying here versus a hotel. This was our first airbnb and kathleen made it a great experience.

I have lived in Austin most of my life. My family moved here in 1958 when my father got a teaching job at UT. I spent my twenties in beautiful Boulder, CO then came back home. I feel fortunate to live in one of the coolest neighborhoods in one of the most interesting and livable cities. I am retired other than managing the two short-term rentals spaces in my triplex. I love meeting the guests. Hearing what people from Europe to Australia observe about Austin has broadened my perspective.
