  • The studio apartment was perfect and exactly as described. We visited many of the bars and restaurants that Diana recommended including Casino El Camino, The White Horse, Hot Mama's and Takoba. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  • Diana was an absolutely excellent host. The apartment was spotless, with plenty of towels and beverages and snacks. As close to home as you can get. Location is perfect, close to Rainey St and 6th St. Will definitely stay again. Thank you! :)

  • I want to thank Diana for a wonderful rental and a relaxing stay. Everything was just liked we had hoped. She was very helpful to us with everything we needed. The rental was clean and inviting and very comfortable. The coffee and snacks were a true treat. When we plan to visit Austin again this will be the first place we look to rent. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and comfortable stay. Thanks again.

  • Our stay was wonderful. Great host, clean and peaceful. the bus stop is located
on the corner a house away and for two dollars you get a 24 hour pass. This was a great way to get around Austin with stops at upper and lower Sixth St. The bus drivers and people on the bus were very helpful and accommodating. There was a nice family owned Mexican joint a few blocks away, with good food 24/7 This was a wonderful way to see Austin and take in the local vibe. A must do, but book well in advance. Thanks again Diana, Chris and family.

  • This studio apt. is clean and oh, so quiet. No street noises, no neighbors, no doors opening and closing. Diana thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. She responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. There is a Taqueria and a convenience store just a block and a half away.

  • I had a great time at Diana's place. She was very friendly and helped us get around. You can easily catch the rail downtown or even rent bikes and go for a short ride. Nice clean space in a great neighborhood.

  • I visited Austin for SXSW 2014 and this was a perfect spot for me. A short walk to the cool spots on the east side meant I didn't have to hunt for late night taxis in all the chaos. The studio apt. is clean, spacious and private. Diana was warm, informative, and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

  • Diane and Chris were gracious hosts and the apartment was perfect for our stay in Austin. The location in East Austin provides very convenient easy acces to downtown and UT without having to use I35. The apartment was well appointed. Diane was very accomodating in letting us store our bicycles and even brought us yoga mats on request to stretch on the hardwood floors. Great town, great hosts!

  • My husband and I had the pleasure of renting Diana's apartment in Austin. The house was absolutely adorable, located on a quiet block with plenty of parking. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars located close by. Walking into the downtown area was easy as well. The apartment was immaculate; bright, spacious, and clean. Diana was a perfect host. She offered us plenty of information on things to do while we were in town. She left snacks and waters in the apartment for us and even left us an umbrella just in case! She really did think of everything. I would recommend Diana to anyone looking for a place to stay and I would definitely book with her again!
