Muy bien situado! La casa está muy bien y la habitación es espaciosa y limpia. Perfecto para conocer a otras personas que viven en la casa. Kintoo muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitase.
Thanks for your feedback. I wish you'd let us know about the shower when you were with us. There was a problem with the faucet valve which we've just fixed. Unfortunately no one mentioned to us sooner.
We try to set aside towels for appropriate purposes in the kitchen but regretfully some guests do not pay attention. We will continue to work at this and other issues you mentioned.
I hope you enjoyed your time in Toronto.
We stayed at this establishment for just over two weeks and found it very well located and well run by Joseph. The room was spacious & clean and the shared bathroom was kept clean and tidy at all times. The communal kitchen was well fitted out and Joseph even supplied washing powder and softner for the washing machine and tumble drier. The location is very well situated being a 5 minute walk from Queen Street and with easy access to street cars. We can definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Kintoo and Joseph for a wonderful stay.
Well situated, conformable bed and clean room.
The rest is ok.. I never met Kintoo. The shared bathroom should be clean more often. We had no hair dryer and supposed to have one, and we asked for one and never had it.
Not the kindest service. Has we left, we had no: « Was your stay nice ? » or « Have a safe trip home ! ».
I know it's not an hotel but still, it's not worth 90$ per night.
This place is in an extremely convenient location, the bed was very comfortable and everyone was very nice. Thanks for the great stay.
Very nice host they helped me with all my luggage ( 5 pieces) . The place is in the perfect location close to everything !
I enjoyed my stay at Kintoo's house a lot. The room was as in the photos - very clean and with a big comfortable bed. The location is perfect - in a quiet street but next to Queen Street with lots of restaurants and grocery stores and close to Downtown. Both Kintoo and the caretaker Joseph there were very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend it.
Everything was great, comfortable room and amenities, one block from restaurants, shopping and recreation facility and only 15 minute walk from Toronto business and entertainment district. My second visit and would stay there again.

About the Host, Kintoo
We are priviledged to be the owners of this historical century home in downtown Toronto. Called the Grand Dame of Niagara, this classic Victorian is one of the earliest and largest homes in the Trinity-Bellwoods area of Queen West long before it was developed into the Art and Entertainment centre of Toronto. This house has been meticulously restored in the last 10 years with the goal of keeping its old world charm while updating to provide all the comforts of a modern home.
Our community is populated mostly by artists and families who have made the area home for generations. Living here allows you to experience the diversity and excitement of Toronto. You can live among locals while within close proximity to all the city has to offer. We love to stroll along Queen St and browse the independent galleries and shops or relax in one of the trendy cafes watching city life pass by. Steps away is Trinity-Bellwoods Park, one of the largest in the city, where we can get loss in nature or play a game of tennis, baseball or soccer. An extended walk from the house will take you through multicultural neighbourhoods of Little Italy, Chinatown and Kensington Market. Getting to the city centre along Queen St with its fashion stores or King St with its trendy restaurants and performance theatres provide some of the most interesting walks you will find in the city.
These are some of the reasons we have made this part of Toronto our home. We are avid travellers ourselves and appreciate the whole world of experiences outside our doors. It would be our pleasure to share these experiences with our guests from all over the world.
