OUTDOOR SPACE:
Covered porch with plenty seating for the family to gather and take in some fresh air and watch the neighbors walk their dogs. The fenced in backyard is great for small dogs to explore while you grill veggie kabobs and hamburgers. On cold nights roast marshmallows over a gas lit fire pit.

Note: We have security cameras in the front of the house keeping an eye on the entrance. In the back of the home we have a camera facing the side of the house (there is a camera on the smart lock) and a ring flood light keeping an eye on the gated entrance.


THINGS TO KNOW:

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by paying for a half day. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until the day of check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in won't be possible.

LATE CHECKOUT
To guarantee late check-out, an additional fee will be applied. If there is a guest checking in the day of your departure or if we have scheduled maintenance, late check-out won't be possible.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Therefore, we do not offer luggage drop off.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
We are open to hosting additional guests, human and knine, beyond the stated limit for an additional fee. Please reach out for details.

LEFT BEHIND ITEMS
We are happy to ship any left behind items for the cost of shipping plus an additional $15 service fee.

- Access to the garage using the control panel on the wall in the garage only.

Other things to note
THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the home, on the deck or front porch, violation will incur an additional cleaning fine + any additional cleaning fees and damages. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.

PET POLICY:
1. We do not allow dogs on the furniture.
2. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150
3. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages
4. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside
5. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the yard and throw it away (in a bag and put in the trash bin that is in the front of the house at the bottom of the stairs)
6. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the backyard
7. Dog will be supervised at all times
8. If left alone, dogs must be crated
9. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.

I sat curled in a fetal position calming my mind while my body’s immune system attacked me from the inside out. My skin was peeling like a snake, my legs swelled to double their size and my skin felt like it was going through hypothermia. I was unable to take care of my family, to work, and some days I was incapable of moving from the red leather chair in front of the bed in our master bedroom. My mind raced with thoughts ranging from how to heal myself to I just want this to be over. This was how I spent fall 2021. I was on medical leave from work, my husband was taking care of our daughter and working outside the house and COVID was still in full effect. After about three months of “vacation” time and the allotted time for medical leave with full benefits, I had to go back to work. I was not fully healed nor in the right headspace to return to my corporate job, but alas I had to go back. Our family depends on the income my husband and I generate. As many of you can relate, we often do what we have to in order to keep the wheels of life turning. Within that first week back I knew I needed something more. How do I change the trajectory my life has been on, so that I could take a year or more off to properly heal my body and my mind? How do my family and I create the space to live the lives we only dreamt of? How do we ensure we can take care of each other during times of crisis without the lingering, haunting thought of “I have to go back to work” to pay for this instead of being fully focused on the ones we love. Out of this devastating moment in time, I achieved absolute clarity and our real estate and property manager company IND Legacy was born. Our first property went live in July 2022! Desmond and I set out on a journey to change the course of lives, our children’s lives and the lives of generations to come. We are going to be that ONE (shout out to Ed Mylette’s Power of One More)! We are going to be that ONE in our respective families that would forever alter the course of generations to come.
