  • We had an awesome stay at Norma's villa. The views were completely breath taking and we loved the little private beach we could enjoy every day. The house was very clean, Argeli the maid would come everyday to clean the rooms and living area. We hired the cook Claudia several days and enjoyed delicious breakfast and Mexican food. We would recommend this villa to any friends that plan to go to that area and would definitely go back.
The pool is not fenced so if you plan to come with young kids that don't know how to swim you just have to keep constant supervision

  • This house is a complete gem. It's beautiful and tranquil. Norma really sets everything up, so when you arrive it's all taken care of.
The staff are as sweet as can be... And the beach is so warm and breathe taking. I swam in the beach below when it wasn't rough and enjoyed myself. A couple pointers: rent an SUV vehicle or something with four wheel drive, it is a bit like Indiana jones getting to the house ( but so fun). You are in Mexico so the water pressure was very limited and hot water is precious. Also do not drink the water, only bottled... Wash vegetables in bottled water too.... Very important. Stay here! It's fabulous....

  • We would all like to thank Norma and the entire staff for a wonderful stay. The pictures do not do the home justice. We received such gracious hospitality and the girls were most accommodating. We cannot wait to go back.

    Espero poder repetir.

  • A beautiful, secluded setting and home; your own private hacienda escape, quite close to town (Punta de Mita, and Sayulita). Simple and sweet; Mexican charm. With a little current care and attention to the property, itself, easily a five-star rating for a song. We hope to return again sometime ...

  • We had a great week of pleasure, fun, relaxation, rest and perfect harmony in this place. The house is beautiful, spacious and has all the amenities one could ask for. The location of the house is perfect to go to Sayulita to Punta de Mita or Litibu. Each dawn, dusk and night are each unique. The staff of the House: Argely y Demonio are always attentive to every need. The chef Claudia is incredible. All meals and snacks are exquisite. Las Margaritas and Pina Coladas are outstanding. The private beach is very funny. Here you can fish, you can find lobsters, oysters search and watch seabirds everyday.

Thanks Norma, you are a great hostess and thank you for sharing your home.

  • The house and location were fantastic, every bit as spectacular as the pictures make it out to be. Norma made the logistics very easy for us the whole time. We had the chefs cook us breakfast and lunch which was definitely worth it.

One piece of advice is to bring plenty of pesos. I've been to other parts of Mexico where I could get by with USD just fine, but most of the stores in the nearby towns would not accept Credit Card and would give you a pretty bad exchange rate if you tried to pay in USD.

Overall, I could not recommend this place anymore and will definitely go back someday.

  • Great location, helpful staff, and plenty of room. Perfect getaway from tourist crowds, and vwithin walking distance to empty beaches. Our family of 8 enjoyed the pool, surroundings, and authentic cooking from the friendly staff. We are definitely coming back.

  • We had the most wonderful family holiday at Norma's lovely villa. We brought together multiple families ranging from grandparents to toddlers from Mexico, Canada and the UK and the house was a perfect location to meet everyone's needs. The separate rooms with en suite bathrooms meant total privacy per family. The many hangout areas from private beach, shady cabanas, pool, upper family room with pool table and rooftop deck for sun-downers and star-watching meant that everyone had their own space as well as places to come together.

We highly recommend taking the option of having the fabulous cooking and support of Argely and Claudia who passed even the most critical cooking eye of the Mexican side of our family. Every day was a smorgasboard of pancake and fresh fruit breakfasts, fresh ceviche and avocado lunches to traditional Mexican dinners. They did the shopping, cooking and clearing up which allowed for a real holiday all round. They went above and beyond cooking special foods for the babies and organizing a whole birthday celebration for our one child complete with cake, pinata and balloons. Demonio was also fantastic in helping with the grounds, BBQ and supplying a constant round of fresh coconuts. We could not have felt more cared for, looked after and spoiled than if we had been in the Presidential suite of the 4Seasons!

We recommend the 4X4 to get in to the property but the road is not as difficult as everyone says. If you need to leave the villa - wonderful day trips to Sayulita and Punta Mita are highly recommended for surfing and stand up paddle. March had perfect weather - not too hot or humid and water that we could swim in in the ocean and pool for hours at a time. My husband and I ran almost every day in the mornings along the main beach and felt totally safe while barely seeing another person. The main beach is also great for swimming and boogy boarding although worthwhile going further down the beach for the less timid as currents and waves quite strong.

We have traveled the world from South Africa to South America and Punta Mita is one of our all time favorite places. This villa with its crashing waves, private beach and beautiful sunset views is a special place and we highly recommend it for a fabulous holiday - if you can book it. We already tried for book for December and March of next year and its taken already so get your dates in!
