The ■ kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils such as dishes and silverware, frying pans, pots, knives, and cutting boards, as well as appliances such as a range, electric kettle, and refrigerator.Seasonings include salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil.
* Please clean up after yourself in the original state of the kitchen.
■ Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, bath towels and hand towels are provided in the bathroom and dressing room.We have eco-friendly plant-based and additive-free items.If you are not comfortable using it, please prepare something you are familiar with.
(No razors, body towels, lotion, etc.)
■ Other amenities: air conditioner, washer and dryer, iPad (Wi-Fi only, cannot be taken outside the facility), projector, 2L mineral water, wood stove (winter only)
* There is no stereo or audio equipment.
■ We value design and simplicity, and we try to avoid waste of supplies and amenities as much as possible.It may be inconvenient or insufficient, but experience a simple and minimalist way of spending less stuff.
Please clean the room during your ■ stay.For stays of 4 nights or more, the host will arrange for 2 days (3rd night, 6th night) to change linens and towels and inspect facilities.
If you wish to change linens and towels other than the above, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 1 pair of linens + 1,000 yen and + 5,000 yen per cleaning.

■ This is a one-bedroom rental plan.Please contact us in advance if you are considering using a job, shooting, workshop, etc.
To use the■ wood stove, an additional fee of 3,000 yen/night will be charged.You will also receive face-to-face lectures from our staff.(Woodstove is only for winter.Late Nov - Early April)
■ The facility renovated a house (vacant house) built in 1973 for the purpose of "vacant house utilization × building a sustainable business model" in 2022.The windows, solarium, exterior walls and other parts that can still be used have been left, and flooring and painting have been done by ourselves, so it is a building where old age and self renovation can be felt everywhere.
In addition, there are parts that are weak in strength because of their old age, and parts that are poorly built.Please note that depending on how you handle it, it may cause damage or malfunction, and you may be compensated.
Surrounded by■ fields, there are many trees and fruit trees in the garden, so of course there are insects throughout the year.It is a daily occurrence to enter the room.We have prepared insecticides, but since we aim to be a comfortable place for both nature and people, please refrain from wasteful killing.
■ Prohibited items
① Banquets with a large amount of alcohol, playing loud music, early morning and late night activities, opening and closing cars, etc.
② Accommodation and admission with more than the number of reservations and the number of people.
③ Use of fire (BBQ, fireworks, etc.).
④ Bring or use dangerous materials and drugs.
⑤ Those that violate the Saitama Prefecture Youth Healthy Training Ordinance.
* If the above-mentioned acts are found, we may ask you to immediately interrupt your stay.In this case, we are not able to refund the accommodation fee paid by you, not limited to the number of nights stayed.
