Get ready to make some memories with your family or significant other at Sunny Hill Farm! This beautiful 37-acre homestead will provide you with many opportunities to relax and connect with nature. Spend your evenings relaxing and gazing at the stars in a private hot tub. Enjoy breathtaking views from the front porch as the sun rises directly in front of you over Taylor’s Ridge. You’ll see humming birds drink nectar from the bird feeders on the front porch while relaxing in a rocking chair.

The space
You’re going to have one of the best views of Taylor’s Ridge in the region and we’re expecting gorgeous fall colors this year!

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom farmhouse sits at the top of a hill overlooking green pastures and a large spring fed pond.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, smart TV, and a walk in shower that is handicap accessible. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a steamer.

Bedroom #2: Queen size bed.

Living Room: Sectional couch, sofa chair with foot rest, gas fireplace, and smart TV.

Kitchen: Gas stove, coffee maker, tea pot, plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans. There is also a picnic basket.

You are more than welcome to roam around the property. There’s lots of birds, dear, ducks, and other wildlife!

Back Patio: Hot tub, above ground fireplace and corn hole.

There’s an animal pen on the side of the house with 4 goats and 2 donkeys and they are very friendly. You are more than welcome to pet them and feed them apples. The only thing we ask is that you don’t get in the pen and you don’t touch the white mesh fence on the inside of the fence as it is charged with electricity. It’s marked with signs.

We’re far enough out from the hustle and bustle but not too far out with grocery stores and restaurants within a 15 minute drive. There’s also tons of hiking in the area. Shoot us a message if you have any questions!

This farmhouse is located in beautiful rural North Georgia. My wife and I live on the 37-acre property. We feel safe and at peace here. We are in the country so there is wildlife. We have never felt in danger from any wildlife here. We do keep an eye out for snakes but have also never seen any poisonous ones on our property.
