This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

The space
From the studio you can look out across our fields, gardens, and woods. We're on a wetland, and we often see aquatic and other birds, deer, fox, and once in a great while a black bear. The room is very airy and light, warm in winter, and cool (air-conditioned) in summer. The building is 10 years old.

Guest access
There is an outdoor shower available when the weather is warm. The building is wheelchair accessible - ramps, large bathroom with grab bars, roll-in shower - but not ADA-compliant. You are free to wander the property (17 acres of fields and woods.)

Other things to note
The vegetable garden is there for the picking, when it's in season. Or weeding, if that's of interest. There's a pile of fire wood that some people might enjoy splitting. Or just to look at.
