About this listing
This popular place in the heart of Mt. Vernon is comfortable and convenient all year round with all the modern conveniences and amenities located in a wonderful historic neighborhood in Baltimore.
This Corporate Efficiency situated in the heart of Mt Vernon provides an awesome place to call home while in Baltimore during the week. Now fully furnished, this one has always been a charmer.
Looking for guests to stay here by the week in Baltimore to work, study, intern, or research while in a convenient location or by the month as needed.
As a second cousin to the Belvedere, this Beaux Arts gem boasts a 24-hour front desk and an awesome roof deck. Monthly parking is available from one of the neighborhood lots or on the streets during nights and weekends, otherwise you're subject to a two-hour restriction.
Laundry service available onsite as well as a convenient store with direct access from the basement (you can shop in your pajamas if you want).
You'll be steps away from dining, entertainment, museums, and the arts, which make this neighborhood a premiere destination for people from all walks of life.
Parking is available in the buliding garage with direct access to the lobby on a monthly basis at $140/month with a $70 deposit. You can arrange this very conveniently at the 24-hour front desk when you check in. There's street parking in the evenings and on weekends and other public lots as well for less. Public transpotation and the Hopkins Shuttle work well too.
If you plan to stay less than a month, the daily parking across the street at $7/day in the open lot is your best bet. When you get there, you can call the number on the sign to make arrangements. You can see this lot from the front of the building on the opposite side of the street and to the right.
Terrific stay, terrific neighborhood (check out Dooby's, Strongbox, Sugarvale, Magdalena - all really cool new and new-ish stuff - as well as classics like the basement at Brewer's Art and the vintage Owl Bar), friendly building (loved the roof deck and the beer selection in the liquor store downstairs), easy check in and check out, great value for money. Didn't bring a car, never needed one between the easy and usually quite pleasant walk down Charles Street to the harbor or Penn Station, the free Charm City Circulator bus that stopped outside and the cheapest crosstown Uber rides on the continent (maybe? close?). Loved Baltimore and can't wait to return. Thank you, Patrick!
Had a great stay here. Patrick was very accommodating and helped with any questions I had. People at the front desk were very helpful also. Nice area and nice place
Patrick was great about getting back to me with any questions I had leading up to the reservation. I found the apartment itself to be very accommodating with everything I needed. The front desk staff were very exodus as well. The building is in a great neighborhood with some great cafe options within walking distance and a pretty decent yoga studio 3 blocks away. Both big selling points for me! Thanks Patrick!
This is a great location near lots of restaurants, wonderful old buildings, museums and 15- 20 minutes walk downtown. Patrick is an attentive host.
Decent little studio with an upgraded kitchen in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to just about anything you need in Baltimore, assuming the weather isn't too cold. Had a pleasant week long stay, and Patrick was always quick to answer any questions and provide suggestions.
