  • Bente & Gyuszi were so attentive! Even though we did not have the chance to be with them for a long time, they made sure that we were enjoying our time in Copenhagen. They were always ready to help and answer all our questions. Unfortunately, the flat won’t be available during their renovation, but we would definitely suggest you to meet with them as soon as it’s back on the market :) We hope that we will keep in touch with this lovely couple!

  • The location is awesome. Transport scheme is perfect. 30 min to airport. Bente is a wonderful host, supplied us with most comprehensive info about the surroundings and the centre.

  • Everything was prepared for us, even though Bente couldn't be there to welcome us. It was as simple as "coming home". Everything was cozy, the heating was on ! The apartment has a special charm, the pieces of furniture look really unique. The bed is comfortable, and our son got an extra mattress. He loved the Lego, the cars and all the painting stuff. Next to the apartment there are several grocery shops, open till late, so when you come home after a "busy" tourist day, you can always buy something to prepare diner. The shower is upstairs with music and special effects, and you have your own toilet downstairs. The yard and the surroundings of the house are country-like which is great to combine with the city's urban life. The fridge was not empty at our arrival which is also very practical. All in all, it's a very friendly place and Bente, a very nice and interesting host.

  • We loved to stay in this cosy appartment! The garden, the cat, the surroundings - everything was awesome! The hosts were very nice and kind and we felt we knew them since years. We could not imagine a better stay in copenhagen!

  • My wife and I stayed in Bente's cosy two room apartment in a nice residential neighborhood for three nights in late August. The apartment was cheerful and had the benefit of a garden in which we spent some time. But best of all, Bente and her partner, Juicy, were wonderful hosts, making us feel very much welcome and always ready to provide information about Copenhagen and the Danes. If traveling for those reading this post is as much about meeting and getting to know people as it is seeing the sites, then this place is for you. It is also very convenient since it is three subway stops from the Central Station and an easy walk from and to the subway.

  • I've enjoyed staying at Bente and visiting Copenhagen.
Even if not present all along my stay, Bente did all what she could to help me and give advises for the visit of Copenhagen, she's a very nice host. The appartment has everything needed if you don't want to go out for each meal. Also it is very practical to go to the town either with train or bus, in 10 minutes maximum, you are there.

  • We´re a family from Hamburg and had a great week in Copenhagen. The apartment is in a good neighborhood. We felt safe and found everything we needed nearby (playgrounds, train station, supermarket, mall, zoo, park). We especially enjoyed "empire coffee", a coffee shop in the Valby mall (2min walk). We only met Bente briefly. But that morning she prepared a nice breakfast for us! Bente was very generous, she let us stay in her house even though she wasn´t home. We found everything we needed. The garden isn´t as nice as told in the internet... But the bed is comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. We used the kitchen every day and liked to prepare our own meals since Copenhagen is very expensive. As we travelled with a baby the apartment was great for us because we could stay up in the dining room whilst our baby was already sleeping in the bedroom. Bente provided a baby bed and high chair for us, which was great. Almost everything in the house is OLD but most of it is functional... Except for the garden. One more thing: The shower is great! :) And we liked the fact that the place is only 3 stations from central station. A good place to explore Copenhagen.

  • Bente is a very nice host. We spent one week in the flat with our baby. She brought all the material for her and that was very easy.
We had also all we need at home. The neighborhood is lovely. The trainstation is very close and that is practical to travel.
Bente explained us a lot about the touristic attractions and she made a nice barbecue.
    Thanks.

About
I am a women around 60 and like to meet with people. I also like to travel and have been at a lot of places. I am living in an old house from 1890 with my husband. I love to build and renovate and that is easy to see in the house. I am going to change the airbnb to upstairs in a couple of month, but right now it is downstairs.
