  • Sherrie is easy to get to know and made me feel at home. This was my first visit to NYC. She was helpful with restaurant recommendations as well as travel and sightseeing information. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. It is a short walk to the Grove Street Path Train station. I have already booked a room with Sherrie for another trip.

  • Sherrie was a wonderful host. The apartment is in an older building, so do not expect modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room clean. Three blocks to Grove path station and Sherrie will help with information.

  • I came to NYC for a computer conference. I was just looking for simple place to lay my head. Sherrie's place was great. It was clean and quiet. Sherrie was very pleasant and friendly. Her cats were the same. There were parking lots within an easy walk from her place. The train stations into the city were very close as well.

    February 2014
  • The room is in a safe neighborhood only 3 blocks away from PATH which takes you into Manhattan in 10 minutes. If you have guests visiting New York and want easy commute, this location is great.

  • It is very close to PATH station. You cannot find any other room with such low price while so close to Manhatann. The bad thing for this room is being a little small and there is only a table light, but Sherrie offers another room which seems more comfortable. In short, if you don't dislike cats, this is a very good option.

  • Sherrie was a very courteous and welcoming host !
Her apartment is located close to Grove Street Path station.

    December 2013
  • The location is great. The room looks more like a big walk in closet, with clothes everywhere and shoes right behind your head as you sleep. Not a good experience.
