Our stay at the Bears Den Duplex was wonderful. The unit is very clean and well furnished. It was the perfect space for our family of 4. It is conveniently located just outside of downtown Estes Park. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place - very nice and cozy. It was perfect for our group of three people. Loved the fireplace, and the furnishings were excellent! Just a quick drive into town - great location! Would definitely stay there again.

Guest and I discussed this property back and forth over a couple of days. It was available when the discussion began, and I neglected to verify that it had indeed booked overnight with another site when she made the request. I accepted, realized the error and cancelled within a 10 minute interval.
Beautiful home- better than the pictures. Right around the corner (5 min or less) from one of the main entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park, and 10-15 minutes from a different entrance to RMNP. Easy access to downtown Estes Park, groceries, etc. Nice home...and plenty of elk sightings in the backyard. Highly recommend!
Really fantastic cabin in a beautiful setting. It snowed when we were staying and it was great to retreat to the cabin, fire blazing and to tiptoe through the snow to the hot tub! The cabin was super clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy, couches were comfy, everything was great! Jim was super friendly and check in was a breeze!
Bears Den was great. The posting set high expectations and they were met. The owner is very organized and laid out everything to ensure you have a pleasent stay, including local tips that were very helpful. The home was clean and well kept, with lots of details that made the stay comfortable. I would recommend again.
We had a wonderful time. Loved the location of the cabin. Very clean and cozy. Thank you!

About the Host, Jim
I and my wife, Cathy, love traveling and visiting destinations all over the world.
We found Estes Park, Colorado 28 years ago and visited almost every year, finally moving here in 2010.
Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park is about the most beautiful place we have ever found.
We strive to help our guests have the best vacation experience possible-and are available for questions, suggestions or whatever you may need. We have lots of advice on things to do, where to eat, places to see.
We enjoy hiking, camping, sports, and I hope to conquer all the peaks in RMNP before I'm done!
