This was a beautiful cabin! Plenty of room for my family and I, and the open kitchen and living room area really made the whole space feel very cozy and family friendly. And a hot tub under the stars is always an extra plus! Jim was very attentive to our needs and helped with recommendations and questions.
Our stay at Bears Den far exceeded our expectations. First-rate accommodations. When we arrived the cabin was in excellent conditions, you can find everything in the kitchen that you need to prepare your meals... and even to bake! The hot tub was the highlight of the cabin. The hosts were readily available for any and all questions we had. And the views - AMAZING! My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We'll definitely be there again soon!
Nice cabin and great location with easy access to Estes and RMNP. Very pleased with our stay. Modern construction kept us warm and comfortable with temperatures in the single-digits overnight. We would stay again.
The Bears Den is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay! We were so pleased to have a cozy fireplace in the main room and a beautiful hot tub underneath the stars out back. We cooked many meals and appreciated having a big table for 6. The nearby Safeway has any ingredient you might need (remember to bring/pick up spices!)
Jim made sure we were comfortable and knew what activities were available. We were so thankful to have the discount tickets to Eldora and had a great day of skiing!
Snowshoeing through RMNP is also a great idea in the winter!
Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again in the future!
Bear's Den was fantastic for my family. We love the high ceilings and the great kitchen. We were able to cook our meals and enjoy them at the very nice dining table. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. The host was good to respond quickly to any needs we had. The outdoor hot tub was great as we could relax and see the millions of bright stars. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.
the cabin was clean and comfortable, we experienced a few hiccups in getting linen for the 3rd bed which was delivered upon request without blankets.
Bears Den is a great property that is conveniently situated just west of Estes Park. If your looking for value and a property that is clean, this is your place. The bedrooms are large and bathrooms are nice. There is also a washer and dryer in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen is cooking ready and a charcoal grill is behind the unit. Great location, great scenery, and tons of wildlife. Would recommend for 2 couples or a party of 3-4. Barry
A last minute change of plans for my crew of 5, led us to find the Bear's Den for our 1 day hiking trip to Estes Park. Jim was responsive to my questions and eager to make our visit a memorable one. The place is great--well maintained and appointed. And the views are indeed noteworthy. Close to town, too. I'd highly recommend and will return again. Thanks, Jim!
We had a great night at Bears Den! When Rose Den was not available, for the first night of our honeymoon, Jim and Cathy set us up with this beautiful cabin. They even blessed us with a gift card to a local inn. What a treat!
We had a wonderful time in Bear's Den, which was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of the trip. The cabin is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park, and we were able to rent snowboards in town to snowboard in the park, which was awesome!
The cabin itself is very cozy, perfect for a family of four, or two couples like we were. We loved lighting a fire in the awesome fireplace every night. Overall, our stay was marvelous and we are already hoping to take a trip back!
