From The Country Club ( highly acclaimed restaurant with a pool & hot tub) to Elizabeth’s (down to earth local breakfast & brunch restaurant popular for their praline bacon and loaded bloody Marys) and Bywater Bakery (funky cafe known for their mouth watering baked goods and live music).

One local favorite that is famous for its frequent live music nights and delectable wine and cheese selection is Bacchanal.

You’re only a ~7 min drive or bike ride to the bustling French Quarter. Or you can walk ~25 min along the Mississippi river for a good portion of the way to the French Quarter Market, welcoming you with food, apparel and goods to take home. From there, take a walk down Frenchman street... just follow your ears to live jazz, brass bands, and so much more!
