Our spacious and comfortable LEED Platinum studio is a haven in the heart of Montreal. It is blocks away from some of the coolest spots in the city, and at the corner of Mt-Royal park. Foodies have months of discoveries in the immediate vicinity.
A chance to stay in an award-winning legendary LEED Platinum certified home. Design that combines the original Victorian character with hints of contemporary.
Renovated recently. A fully open space with high 12’ ceilings, brick and plaster walls, hardwood and slate flooring, and a functional ethanol fireplace.

Interaction with Guests
We live in the unit just above, so we are just a doorknock away!
Mile-End is definitely a hotspot in Montreal. Everything and anything is available on foot. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries (croissants, baguettes, bagels), groceries, nightlife, galleries.. The Mont-Royal is less than a block away, so strolls or x-country skiing in the forest can be a daily routine. Street festivals and the big festivals are always taking place close by.
Cars aren't exactly compatible with city living, so they are best left at the parking spot provided. The 80 bus can get downtown in 10 minutes and goes by at least every 10 (website hidden)-Royal metro is a 20 minute walk down lively Mt-Royal ave. Bixi bikes are bountiful in the vicinity, and are a very pleasant and affordable way to get around.
Other Things to Note
If you are looking for the neighbourhood that's happening in Montreal, this is it !
Strictly non-smoking, and we ask that guests take their shoes off at the entrance in order to ensure cleanliness and better air quality in the studio.
I would totally reccomend this place to anyone visiting montreal. Super clean, comfortable bed and great location to access anywhere in the city.
I would absolutely stay here again.
The apartment was exactly as it appeared to be in the photos. It was clean and well maintained. The owners made good use of the space, featuring a compact kitchen and mexican(?) style bathroom-shower.
This was one of our favourite apartments. It has a lovely big, open feeling with high ceilings and tastefully furnished. It was also warm and comfortable, even in very wintry outdoor conditions. In particular, we found the bed to be the most comfortable we've stayed in for ages.
The location is in a great neighbourhood, and close enough to central Montreal to walk in if you choose. our experience was greatly aided by the recommendations
provided in the apartment - we ate in 4 of these, and all were excellent.
And most importantly, Emmanuelle and Sophie were helpful, courteous and relaxed hosts. We felt very welcome, and would love to go back.
We had a great experience staying at this apartment. Location is great, bus stops are right down the street and the metro is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Nearby there are tons of stores and restaurants to choose from, all walking distance. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, Emmanuel and his wife were around if we needed anything. Wifi worked great, and the parking spot was a huge plus as it was right behind the apartment so we could access it easily if needed. As someone else mentioned, you can hear the cars going by outside of the apartment, but it was not disruptive to us at night.
Places to check out in the neighborhood:
La Rouche for pastries and jam, coffee (on corner of Mont Royal and Ave du Parc)
Au Pied de Cochon on Avenue Duluth, one of our favorite meals of the trip
Les Trois Petites Bouchons on Rue St. Denis
Wonderful stay in Montreal. We hope to visit again when it is much warmer! Thank you Emannuel and Sophie!
We had the best time staying at Emmanuel's studio. It's spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. The location is in a vibrant neighborhood, and within walking distance of nearly every destination we'd planned to visit. We were warmly greeted shortly after our arrival, and felt at home right away. I only hope the studio is available the next time we visit Montreal!
Sophie and Emmanuel were awesome; the place was clean and beautiful. It was great being within walking distance of Montreal and McGill while being outside of "downtown". My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time and would highly recommend staying here.
The place is beautiful and Sophie was lovely. Heated floors were heaven.
