I have redecorated but its still cute and cozy...I will be posting more pics as soon as I make up my mind on exactly where the bed will be. Thank you for your time and energy!

350 sqft small furnished studio access to washer and dryer, pool, walking distance/short bus ride to all the amazing things that Austin has to offer. Wi-Fi included, however, I don’t have a TV or microwave. The unit is has a very comfy bed and is full of art and other eclectic, random amazing things. This is a truly unique apartment with aqua walls, a bamboo ceiling, and terracotta tiled floors. • Riley was a great host! Her place was very cute. Ran into the neighbors. Seemed very nice. The location was perfect. Easy walk to shopping and food. A quick 5 minute drive to downtown its a nice walk as well. There's also a bus that can take you. I would definitely be coming back and definitely stay at Riley's place again. :)

  • We stayed Valentine's weekend and our first trip to Austin could not have been better. Riley's space is so interesting and fun. We felt like natives with great access to SoCo. RIley was very easy to deal with and very responsive to any types of inquiries.

  • This was a great retreat in our favorite area of Austin. Quiet, comfortable, and extremely affordable - all within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.

  • Riley's spot is amazing. An inspiring place to stay within walking distance of South Congress.

The room is decorated with tons of artistic elements, the bed is comfortable and the A/C keeps the room cozy. We were very comfortable over a 3-night stay. A win!

  • What a comfortable, cozy place to stay in Austin! Right off South Congress, I had no trouble navigating around the area and loved returning to the studio after a long day of sightseeing, shopping and/or eating. Great host and great neighborhood.

  • Riley provided great communication and the apt. was charming. Recommend eating at Lucy's right around the corner!

  • we had the pleasure to stay in riley's electric apartment, its proximity to all things on south congress was so convenient just a short walk to a host of great restaurants and of course that institution of austin, the for ever entertaining continental club. this was our fourth trip to austin. it never disappoints. I would definitely stay at the Artist's studio on my next trip back to Austin.

  • My wife and I needed a place to stay for four nights while we explored the city. While there are plenty of hotels in the area we wanted to stay, we wanted something a little quieter.

Both Riley and her place are AWESOME. The place itself is adorable - cozy and full of awesome decorations. Location is great - we were able to get to many places of interest by walking, and everything else was a short drive away. The property is tucked away just off a man road - quiet, yet accessible.

Riley was super helpful. Beyond recommending nearby places of interest, she also ZIPPED down to the property on her bike when the power went out and helped us resolve the problem (it was particularly hot that day - we must have been too aggressive with the AC).

Check-in/check-out was a non-event. Riley was beyond accommodating.

I'd recommend Riley's place to anyone looking for a crash pad while exploring Austin.

  • Cute and clean house with a fun decor. Riley was a great host. Conveniently located with easy access to south Congress and Downtown. Would recommend to anyone looking for something more than just a hotel room.
