Come Relax Walking distance to Alamitos Beach! In the heart of Art District of Downtown Long Beach next to restaurants, the convention center and tons of nightlife. AC in the unit. There is an Italian restaurant and café on the first floor of the building. The Long Beach Boardwalk is walking distance. Pike Outlets and Pine Ave Breweries also walking distance.

There’s a Twin Bed Pullout that is not in the pictures! Unit also has AC!

You will be staying in a condo in Long Beach’s first high rise building. The location and the building are very unique. It feels like you are staying in a hotel from the 1920s. A throw back to the jazz era. The space has been completely remodeled. Bathroom was recently updated With Amazon rainforest shower head and a heated toilet seat and Bidet from Toto!

We have also replaced the 2 chairs with a leather couch!

Guest access
Guest will access to all of the common areas in the building. There is a BBQ area and garden with seating on the grounds you will have access too plus the 12 floor solarium, where you can relax on the balconies with views of the ocean or mountains.

Other things to note
The unit has an AC unit! There is great Wifi and a Desk in the living room creating a nice work area with a view out the window making work from home very comfortable
**The building has a laundry mat in the basement**

There is additional Paid parking on the street and next door in the Chase Bank Building for a fee.
