There are plenty of places that are walking distance, literally right across the street in this neighborhood from restaurants, bars shopping and even Whole Foods is just around the corner.
Everything that Houston is about is only a 5-10 minute drive which includes downtown Houston ,stadiums, museums and medical center.

The space
Feels like home and everything a home needs, Full bath downstairs, washer and dryer , full kitchen with all the gadgets. 50' Roku smart TV, free Wifi a working station upstairs with a TV and a half bath. 2 Queen size beds and a large closet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests!
Very peaceful and comfortable!

Guest will have access to the guesthouse front driveway and have the pool oasis to themselves
No Lifeguard on duty

Other things to note
Pool service comes for 30 minutes on Tuesday. We come and water the plants during the week to make sure everything is in perfect order.
THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE _ a $500 penalty fee will be accessed if this rule is broken.
Anyone entering property other then those mentioned on reservation should get host approval.
