The Space

Beautiful one bedroom in the heart of Vancouver's trendy Yaletown district. Also includes a private office with custom built desk & storage.

Located in the Tribecca building on the corner of Richards and Nelson, this suite is definitely high on the sexy scale. Hardwood floors, modern furnishings, open kitchen concept, granite, gas powered stainless steel appliances & a patio.

1 Queen sized bed & couch in case you get in a fight with your significant other. Quality bed, linens and towels.

Security: Secure underground parking included. Main entrance and each floor is is secured for residents of each only.

TRANSPORTATION

Local buses To English Bay, Stanley Park, and North and West Van. as well as other areas in the city,i.e. the East End, etc.

The Canada Line to Downtown and to connect easily with other
Metro Lines.

Two stops from here via the Canada Line to the Sea Bus, which will take you to Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver. Bus 210 from there can take you to Lynn Valley Canyon.

Frequent ferry boats from Marinaside Crescent to Granville Island and other sites along both banks of False Creek (in fact, an ocean inlet into the inner city).

  • Mike's apartment is a fantastic base in downtown Vancouver, very central and there were a huge choice of bars and restaurants nearby. Despite being so central, the apartment is situated away from the road so there was no traffic noise to be heard and easy to get a good nights sleep.
    It's clear that Mike has really thought about all of the little details and I appreciated how well organized the whole process was.
    I would not hesitate to stay here again.

    Communication was fast and efficient, and MIke has a great written guide available to answer any questions one might have about the apartment, and the neighbourhood. Very quiet space with secure underground parking, we were really pleased that we found this space on AirBnb. Would love to stay here again, and recommend to others. Thanks Mike and his team.

  • This was the perfect place to stay on my visit to Vancouver. It was a short walk to everywhere I needed to be, a very clean and safe area and Yaletown has a great selection of restaurants. The condo had all the amenities I needed and more and Mike & his team were fast and easy to communicate with. I would 100% recommend for anybody to stay here.

  • Our first experience with Airbnb couldn't have been better. We were met by Dan as Mike was away and he was extremely helpful even though it was almost 9pm, having had a long wait for our luggage at the airport.
    The apartment was excellent: central, beautifully presented and very secure. The additional benefit of parking made our visit so relaxed. This was a fantastic start to our holiday. We would certainly recommend Mike's apartment without hesitation.

  • Sexy 1 bedroom lived up to expectations. Home away from home that provided a great base for our week in Vancouver. Mike was great to deal with, check in and out easy as and all amenities provided. Close to shops, cafes and transport, we would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thanks Mike

  • Mike's place is in a fantastic location as it is within walking distance of where the main sites are. The apartment is very clean, funky and well-equipped. The included parking space is also a bonus. Mike is an awesome host- very friendly and accommodating and super organised!! We would highly recommend staying in Mike's apartment to anyone heading to Vancouver...

  • This marvelous central location cannot be surpassed. Steps to shopping, concerts, sporting events and public transit let alone super dining on Hamilton and Mainland and strolling along the sea wall. The condo is immaculate and offers all that one could want. Mike is the perfect host, looking after concerns immediately and in the best possible way.

  • Great location, right in the heart of everything. Without a car, we we're still able to walk to the (email hidden), Chinatown, Gastown, and by little ferry to Granville Island, and short bus ride to Stanley Park. Great walking city. Many great restaurants, within blocks. One of our favourites was the Flying Pig, only two blocks away.
    Apartment was very quiet, comfortable, and as advertised. Coming back to Vancouver we would definitely stay at Mike's again.
