This beautifully restored late-1800s Victorian Italianate home offers a relaxing, centrally located retreat in Buffalo, NY. Historic architectural details blend seamlessly with modern updates, including a fully stocked kitchen (coffee included), comfortable living spaces, and a fenced yard with patio, fire pit, and seating. Located in the heart of Allentown, it’s an ideal stay for luxury family trips and wedding parties seeking comfort, space, and a refined home base.

The space
Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, including one with a king-size bed, one with a full-size bed, and one with a twin bed. The living room sectional also converts to a full-size sleeper for additional guests. For families traveling with infants, a crib and Moses basket are available to accommodate our youngest guests.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire house, including the private, fenced-in yard and the basement washer/dryer unit.

This home is furnished with high-quality furniture, mattresses, and linens, with every detail thoughtfully selected for comfort. Our finishes and décor reflect a curated mix of well-crafted pieces and local Buffalo artwork and photography.
