You have a charming Spanish 1926 architecture pool house. It’s located in the back of my house with all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

***MUST LOVE DOGS: I have 1 small friendly dog that lives with me in my house in front, I will keep him inside for the most part while you are here, but he will be around.

The space
NO PETS. This listing is for 2 adults only. This is a studio with 1 queen bed. Your bathroom is outside, but fenced in with a surfboard door and private.
The pool house is 7 blocks to the beach, about a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Abbot Kinney Blvd has the coolest shopping & some excellent restaurants to explore.

There is plenty of free street parking. Just pay attention to street cleaning days so you don't get a street cleaning ticket ! Tickets are $73.00!
