The space
A well appointed family home with a North facing aspect, gorgeous lake & mountain views. Enter into a large mud room with pin coded locks for easy access, heated floor to dry coats & shoes and beautiful natural light. Park your car under the double carport & place your snow sports equipment in our external entry secure heated drying room for ski storage & nice dry boots.
Our bedroom lay out- 1 x king room and 1 x queen room downstairs. Upstairs bedroom 1 x single and 1 x queen and there is a queen sofa bed in the 2nd living area upstairs accommodating 8 in total.
Full kitchen facilities with Westinghouse induction cook top & oven with built in air fryer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso pod coffee machine.
Lounge has large Samsung 50 inch flatscreen smart TV, equiped with the internet, Netflix and Disney +, stereo with USB port, and IPod dock, bluetooth speakers streamed straight from your device.
2nd Living area upstairs has another Samsung 50 inch flat screen TV equipped with the internet, Netflix & Disney + subscriptions and fold out sofa bed.
2 bathrooms, deep bath & the main bathroom with underfloor heating. Reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, electric heating in bedrooms, Laundry with washer & dryer. Webber BBQ and gas pizza oven on balcony with lake and mountain views. Off-street car parking. Driveway & parking suitable for boats.
12 Kw of solar power, plenty of electric heating and instantaneous gas hot water.
