Pet-friendly bachelor suite with private entrance centrally located in College Heights. Suite backs on to private garden & forested public walking trails. Public transit, groceries, clothing outlets, restaurants and a 24hr fitness all within a few minutes walk. We are a family oriented home, you may hear the sounds of tiny feet but usually not between the hours of 9pm to 7am. If you are looking for a private, peaceful retreat while in Prince George- you’ve got it! Newly renovated Dec 2025.

The space
The suite is a one room, studio space. It contains a queen size bed and a futon couch which can double as extra sleeping space if you have children travelling with you. The kitchen is very basic but superior to hotel amenities - electric griddle, blender, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, air fryer, instant pot, & Tassimo coffee maker are all supplied.

Guest access
The suite is a separate space from the rest of the house and has a private entrance. The backyard, patio and front yard space are shared. You will likely see your hosts enjoying the outdoor spaces including numerous gardening projects!

If travelling with children, please let us know. We may be able to provide basic items including potty seats, books and toys.

We are located centrally in College Heights, a western suburb of Prince George. We are minutes off of Hwy 16 and close walking distance (5min) from fast food, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, 24hr fitness centre & big box stores. We also back onto a green belt with creek side walking trails adjacent to well maintained tennis courts/skating and playground (North College Park). Public transit bus stop is at the cross street- UNBC is just a few minutes bus ride away.
