Tariq's place was just what we needed for our relaxing get away. It is very centrally located next to amazing restaurants (try Agua Azul!), a bank, grocery store, as well as right next to the bus stop that will take you down to the beach in just a few minutes. Tariq was very helpful from the moment we arrived in Manuel Antonio. He picked us up from the Quepos Airport and gave us a quick tour of things to check out. All of his suggestions were a hit and we hope to stay here again sometime soon!

Tariq's place was an excellent place to explore the Manuel Antonio area. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see. Also, Tariq recommended a variety of different activities and made sure we heard of the good restaurants around. He answered our questions promptly and was very welcoming. I would recommend strongly Tariq's place to anyone who would like to visit this beautiful part of Costa Rica

We loved the location of this place! We had a great view out the large sliding windows, really felt like indoor/outdoor living. Plenty of space for 2 with a comfy bed and adequate kitchen. We cooked breakfast and found everything we needed. We could walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and there's a nearby beach that we enjoyed. Tariq is very welcoming and friendly and gave us some great recommendations! We thought it was a great value and were very happy with the whole experience.

This place is all what past guests say it is....and then some. We spent most of a week here, and it was truly a great stay. The location in Manuel Antonio is perfect, as you're near great (URL HIDDEN) if you don't want to cook, you'll still find something good....and also there's plenty of selection, so no worries. The unit itself is outfitted well, and it, too, won't disappoint. Tariq is the best of hosts; you can be sure that if you have questions or seek advise on things to see or do, he'll help direct you; just ask. We hope to return (URL HIDDEN) I guess that about says it all. Look no further.

This place is awesome! Within walking distance to excellent restaurants with great service and conveniently next to a few small markets for beer, snacks, toiletries and other essentials. The bus stop is very close and it is a short bus ride to the beach. Tariq was a great and helpful host. He recommended places to eat, visit, and great tour adventures. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again when visiting Manuel Antonio!

Overall, had a great stay. Very close to restaurants and such. Well priced for Manuel Antonio. Tariq was super responsive and gave some great suggestions. It is not really walkable to the beach, since MA is a big hill/cliff. You can walk to Playa Biesanz from the apartment or down to the main beach in ~25 mins, but both are on small/steep roads so taxi or bus may be better. Note that only the bedroom has AC. The living room has some open air vents and sliding doors that you can open for the breeze. The living room and bathroom have a big screen between them, so bathroom will be same temp as living room. Location is great. Next door to a basic convenience store (standard convenience store stuff, eggs, some basic fruits, no meats other than ones like salami). There is a larger grocery store ~10mins walk west from the apartment. Lots of restaurants within short walk, and a gym and small spa/yoga place next to the apartment. Go to Agua Azul upstairs for dinner - we went for a birthday dinner and it was so good we went back the next night. Emilio's was also very good, and two doors down from that. El Avion had a nice view, but poor/overpriced cocktails and food didn't look very good. Bus stop that goes east (down) to Manuel Antonio park or west into Quepos stops outside that convenience store. It was 310 colones so pretty cheap. Taxis were a rip off, and know they can charge that much since the road is very narrow with no sidewalk throughout all of Manuel Antonio. Wifi is spotty throughout all of MA, so make sure you don't have to do any heavy planning or other work.

This apartment is awesome! It has an astounding location right in the center of town (its VERY hard to beat) and Tariq is an excellent host. He was on vacation during our stay and still maintained suburb contact with us, and was more than helpful with any question or recommendation request we had. The apartment is spacious and a great air flow as well as view. It can be difficult to find in the dark, so I advise getting there in daylight (however, we found it in the dark just fine). There is also a steep hill or many stairs to get to town. This can be done in flip flops, but be aware for heavy suitcases (maybe 20-30 steps to our apartment). Management of the hotel is separate but will still provide assistance and help, and speak perfect English should your Spanish be limited as ours was. This goes for Tariq as well. There is a full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, full fridge/freezer and even a blender and coffee maker - however bring your own supplies. While paper products are provided, you will want to bring your own coffee filters (cheap, 60 cents at the market just above the hotel). The room was very clean, however please note that in the tropics, ants can enter even the tiniest hole and to keep food stored properly - not an issue for us but something to note in any hotel in the area (one review noted this as an issue, just be aware and its not, and its not unique to this hotel). Overall. my wife and I had an excellent time here. You cannot beat the host or location or view. Thank you so much Tariq!
