The space
Little Red Homestead is a bed and breakfast styled, peaceful getaway with multiple units. While each unit is private, we have 3 separate rentals on the property. To get a clear understanding of the set up, check out the property map in the photos.
This listing is for our unit, "The Hive" - our most unique and private unit perfect for those of you looking to get back in touch with nature, or those of you looking for a true glamping experience. This peaceful getaway features a geodesic dome fully equipped with a large panoramic window and skylight. Your private deck offers a propane Webber grill, an outdoor dining area, private hammocks, and a lounge area. Adjacent to the dome, you will find a luxurious, spacious, private bathroom.
Enjoy being surrounded by the secluded forest and experience nature like you never have before! Here you will be able to unwind in your private rental unit or enjoy our shared community areas by soaking in the aqua therapy jet hot tub, dining in the garden gazebo, or sitting by the fire pit to enjoy your evenings under the starry night sky!

Our community spaces are public SHARED spaces, they are available for all of the guests staying at Little Red Homestead to use. Due to snow, some of our amenities are seasonal and only available in non-winter months.
You will have access to all of the community space amenities including:

Traveling in a larger group, or your preferred dates are already taken? Due to having multiple units available on the property, we may be able to find a way to make things work - inquire with us further!
★ CANCELLATIONS ★
Please understand that our cancellation policy is set to strict. The only way to cancel and receive a full refund is to do so within 48 hours of booking and to have at least 7 days left until your reservation. If there is an extenuating circumstance, you are able to discuss with Airbnb and they will review your claim. Otherwise, all other cancellations will be treated the same as explained by Airbnb policy - no exceptions.
★ CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ★
We can not accommodate early check ins and late check outs. We allow for same day check ins and check outs, and therefore need the entire time between guests to reset units. Check in is strictly at 4pm or later and check out is at 11am or before.
★ ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ★
No additional visitors at any time, other than the guests accounted for in your reservation. We do have actively recording exterior security cameras monitoring the parking area at all times to ensure that the number of guests on your reservation is accurate.
★ QUIET HOURS ★
For the enjoyment of everyone, we ask that quiet hours are from 11pm - 9am, daily. This includes the community space areas such as the hot tub, fire pit & gardens. It does not mean you need to be inside at this time, it just means to use reasonable levels of volume.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
As much as we love all things with tails, we are unable to accommodate them. We ask that the pets stay at home or at a nearby boarding facility.
★ NO INFANTS/CHILDREN ★
Due to the set up of our property, and the fragile nature of this structure, this unit is not suitable for infants or children (ages 17 and under).
★ NO SMOKING ★
Our entire property is non-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ BE RESPECTFUL ★
Please understand that while your personal unit is completely private, that this property hosts other guests, meaning you will likely have neighbors. You by no means need to interact with your neighbors, but this is a space that requires you to co-exist, respectfully.
