Studio located in a building built at the end of the 19th century by the famous banker Auguste Dreyfus around the "Cour des Fermes", dominated by the fountain with four masks, listed as a historic monument, near the Palais Royal and Place des Victoires, a few minutes from the Louvre Museum, Centre Pompidou-Le Marais, the Seine and the Musée d'Orsay. The space
The studio is located in the heart of Paris, 500 meters from the Louvre Museum, 900 meters from the Tuileries Garden, 1.1 km from the Opéra Garnier and 1.3 km from the Musée d'Orsay. The studio (19m2, ground floor on courtyard) only accommodates max. 2 people, is composed of a double bed 140x190 of great comfort with high-end American made bedding "KING KOIL". It is also equipped with a flat screen TV, 230 national and international channels, unlimited high speed internet access with WiFi, small table, wardrobe/wardrobe, rug, fan, iron, ironing equipment. The shower room is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer, liquid soap, gel (hair & body), toilet paper for your arrival, garbage cans.
The kitchen includes a microwave oven, cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cooking utensils, toaster, dishes, a dish towel, and household products. Electric shutter.
I provide linens: a fitted sheet, duvet and duvet cover, two pillows, pillowcases, a bath mat, and a set of towels (1 small & 1 large) per person per stay. The studio does not have air conditioning. There is a fan in the summer. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio, as well as in the entire building.
