Casa molto accogliente. La stanza principale carina e comoda. Anche il saloncino con la cucina accogliente. disponibilità massima e molta cortesia. grazie
Appartamento pulito e curato, in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e ben servito. Francesca molto cordiale e disponibile.
Consigliatissimo.
We had one of the best xmas holidays...actually new year's holidays. It was our 1st time in Milan and we really looooved it. One of the most beautiful cities we have ever visited. Francesca, our hostess was amazing and really provided us with whatever we needed. She even gave us extra toilet paper in case we need it...i mean we didn't even have to ask for it. When my wife got sick in January 1st, we emailed Francesca and she immediately replied back to us giving us information about the nearest pharmacy to her house and where we could find open restaurants as well that day. she even offered to book us a table at a restaurant or bar for new year's eve. She was really helpful before and during our stay in Milan and she was always replying quickly to our emails. The house was exactly as described and seen at the airbnb photos. It was always warm inside the house and there was always hot water for shower. Our best time at the house was when we were coming home from every day sightseeing and we were boiling hot tea and relaxing in front of the tv for a while before we go to bed.
We will definitely stay at Francesca's house next time we visit Milan. we recommend it 100% .
Thank you for everything Francesca and Bon anno!!!!!
If you don't care about an awful host this place is great. The host left us waiting for over 1 hour in the rain outside the building, with our infant daughter, despite confirming the time for our meeting only one hour prior and the day before. Upon checkout the host was upset with me for being 8 minutes late and was incredibly rude. The apartment did not have toilet paper, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Unfortunately you can hear the hosts babies crying through the walls, but only if you are in living room. The bathroom was very nice, and location is very convenient.
Besides how Toni treated my house and my furniture (see my review), I was truly taken aback by her rude manners. Now I'm taken aback by an interesting collection of lies. Toni was given the keys 10 seconds after I was informed of the accident occurred to the person in charge of delivering the keys. She even told me “no hurry we are having a pizza downstairs". She didn’t care to ask if the person was fine, nor to reply to the apologies I immediately sent, asking how was her baby girl. She never replied to any of my message, never said a thank you (not even one! Toilet paper, for the record, took 5 seconds). She was leaving without even returning the keys, not to mention say "goodbye"! Had to chase her that morning (we were supposed to meet for the check-out but she didn't care to inform me she didn't intend to meet for the check-out) and the only explanation was “I’m new to airbnb...". Which, by the way, was not true. Very unpleasant experience.
The apartment was very clean and the location was not in the center but very accessible to the metro and the Center. It was nice having s grocery store very close but supplies for cooking were a bit limited. Communication was not very easy and it was difficult to get in touch with Francesca at times. Overall, good experience.
