This is a very special and unique townhouse to call home for a while. It is part urban country, southwest, Arizona cottage…. All with a bit of 50’s retro! It’s COMFORTABLE and stylish and served up with a great and convenient “Park Central - Central Corridor” Phoenix location.

The completely furnished townhouse has an assigned covered parking space but for people who prefer to walk, the townhouse is within easy walking distance to the light rail, pharmacies and grocery stores, numerous restaurants/cafes/fast food and coffee houses. You will have easy access to downtown Phoenix (convention center, Phoenix Center, professional sports), the Central Corridor with the Phoenix Art Museum and the world famous Heard Museum, the Phoenix Library, parks, ASU, hospitals, and all that the light rail makes accessible. The Park Central- Central Corridor location is very close to the Phoenix Historical Neighborhood collection where the city celebrates its historical past with culture, arts, home tours, and diversity… all waiting for you to explore. The townhouse is close to major freeways making all of the Phoenix metro area, including “Spring Training” games, accessible!

The small, quite complex of 15 units features an attractive pool/courtyard and professionally maintained grounds. The unit faces the pool directly. The interior of the unit has just been freshly renovated from top to bottom! The result is most pleasing and highlights comfort with a fun Southwest eclectic style. The ground floor is a light filled “open floor plan” encompassing the fully equipped kitchen, dining area (for four) and living area. A half bath is also on the ground floor.

There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The front bedroom overlooks the pool/courtyard and features a quality queen sized canopy bed. The second bedroom (guest room) features two twin beds and a desk. The freshly renovated full bath features a tub/shower.

The townhouse is stylish and comfortable. Polished concrete floors on the ground level and lacquered wood floors on the second level are accented with throw rugs and slip covered furniture. The look is clean and unique. The townhouse also has a private laundry room with its own washer and dryer.

The townhouse has a 32” flat screened TV, DVD player, basic cable and wireless internet, stereo, and washer & dryer. Covered parking is assigned and directly positioned to the rear door of the unit.

  • This condo is very comfortable --we stayed for two full weeks. The open kitchen, dining area and living room were great for cooking meals and visiting with our daughter who lives in Phoenix and would join us for meals, and watching TV in the evenings. The furniture is comfortable and attractive; the style is uncluttered and clean. We found the bathrooms and bedrooms all ship shape. The location puts you near many central places in Phoenix you might want to go. We would definitely recommend this condo as a pleasant place to stay.

  • John's condo was so roomy, light-filled, and comfortable. The small authentically "retro" complex is charming…well-kept grounds with mature plants and trees, with the front door opening right out to the pool. The condo is well-stocked, and the location is ideal for getting around Central Phoenix. It's a short walk to Safeway, and a nice stroll to one of Phoenix's true gems; The Clarendon Hotel and its wonderful on-site restaurant, Gallo Blanco. Check out the view from the roof, especially at sunset!
    The condo comes with a private, covered parking space…a big plus in an urban environment.
    John and the property manager were very attentive and promptly answered all inquiries. This place is just perfect.

  • Wonderful stay. Sister and I were in charge of making 5 different side dishes to take to the in-laws for Thanksgiving dinner. This kitchen had it all!!! Pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, everything you could need. What a pleasure. The townhouse is clean, attractively decorated and location was ideal for our stay. I would stay here again

    John answered all questions and was helpful prior to trip.The townhouse/condo was spacious, just wished the TV had more stations. Hope to go again next year. Thanks again

  • We had a wonderful time in Phoenix. It was largely due to the townhouse we stayed in. Its location was ideal because we were close to downtown, to the light rail, and many other locations we needed to get to while getting our daughters set up in their ASU dorm. It was very clean and the pool was perfect for our stay
    We would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Phoenix.

  • This 2 bedroom condo/apartment has everything you need for your stay, especially if you'll be working/playing in downtown Phoenix or there to see a game at the stadium. The place is very clean, beds are comfortable, and it is quiet, a surprise considering that it's close to a couple of hospitals. It's an older place updated for comfort. The WiFi works well as does NetFlix and the TV. Although the neighborhood is not the greatest, it didn't bother me. I felt very safe. There is parking for your car. Rod, the manager is very nice. If you want to lounge around a pool, and relax outside, this is not a good choice.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very well located for downtown Phoenix and had easy access to highways out of town. It was quiet and comfortable and very good value for money. Covered parking for our rental car was terrific as it was right outside out door. We used several of John and Craig's suggestions about where to eat locally and found them to be very helpful. Our favourite restaurant was St Francis!

  • Property Manager, Rod, met us at the unit. It was very clean and met our expectations. Although we didn't meet John and Craig, we exchanged several e-mails before booking. John and Craig sent us a list of things to do, places to eat, shop, etc.before our trip which was very helpful! Would stay here again on a future visit.

My partner Craig and I have recently retired here in Seattle! We love our new city, house,and convenient neighborhood. The house we selected happened to come with a wonderful guest studio which we use often for our personal guests that come to visit. We also have a condo that we offer for short term rental in Phoenix. We are hard core Democrats, GOP friendly and welcome anyone who is fair minded!
