This is a very special and unique townhouse to call home for a while. It is part urban country, southwest, Arizona cottage…. All with a bit of 50’s retro! It’s COMFORTABLE and stylish and served up with a great and convenient “Park Central - Central Corridor” Phoenix location.
The completely furnished townhouse has an assigned covered parking space but for people who prefer to walk, the townhouse is within easy walking distance to the light rail, pharmacies and grocery stores, numerous restaurants/cafes/fast food and coffee houses. You will have easy access to downtown Phoenix (convention center, Phoenix Center, professional sports), the Central Corridor with the Phoenix Art Museum and the world famous Heard Museum, the Phoenix Library, parks, ASU, hospitals, and all that the light rail makes accessible. The Park Central- Central Corridor location is very close to the Phoenix Historical Neighborhood collection where the city celebrates its historical past with culture, arts, home tours, and diversity… all waiting for you to explore. The townhouse is close to major freeways making all of the Phoenix metro area, including “Spring Training” games, accessible!
The small, quite complex of 15 units features an attractive pool/courtyard and professionally maintained grounds. The unit faces the pool directly. The interior of the unit has just been freshly renovated from top to bottom! The result is most pleasing and highlights comfort with a fun Southwest eclectic style. The ground floor is a light filled “open floor plan” encompassing the fully equipped kitchen, dining area (for four) and living area. A half bath is also on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The front bedroom overlooks the pool/courtyard and features a quality queen sized canopy bed. The second bedroom (guest room) features two twin beds and a desk. The freshly renovated full bath features a tub/shower.
The townhouse is stylish and comfortable. Polished concrete floors on the ground level and lacquered wood floors on the second level are accented with throw rugs and slip covered furniture. The look is clean and unique. The townhouse also has a private laundry room with its own washer and dryer.
The townhouse has a 32” flat screened TV, DVD player, basic cable and wireless internet, stereo, and washer & dryer. Covered parking is assigned and directly positioned to the rear door of the unit.

Owners are not onsite, however, there is an onsite property manager who will meet guests to check them in on their arrival, and who will be on hand in the event guests need anything while staying in townhouse.
This area is known as "Midtown", "Central Corridor", and "Park Central" in central Phoenix. It is just north of the Willow Historic District.
Two light rail stations are within close walking distance to the townhouse, as well as several bus stops.
Other Things to Note
Rates may vary by time of year. Typically High Season rates apply for November through April. We generally will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age.
Please note: This is a quiet complex.
- $300.00 fully refundable security deposit. Held by Airbnb and released approximately 48 hours after you vacate the unit; providing there is no damage, nothing is missing, and guests have not broken house rules.
- $79 cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for their own cleaning and washing while in townhouse and are asked to leave the townhouse as they found it. The cleaning fee covers the cleaning and washing to prepare the townhouse for the next guest.
-No parties (light entertaining only)
-No smoking in unit
-Please do not use any products that will leave behind any scents
-Twin beds in guestroom cannot be joined to make a king-sized bed (The frames are bolted to the wall)
-No more than four people may sleep or stay overnight.
-We don't want anyone in or around the unit who is in any way beyond a mild level of intoxication. We take this seriously. If you have any problems or concerns with this, PLEASE look to stay somewhere else.
-Townhouse is not toddler friendly.
-Check-in between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm unless by prior arrangement. -Check-out by 11:00 am unless by prior arrangement.
An on-site manager will meet you when you arrive and will available should you need him.
