We've done a full, down to the studs renovation on this apartment so we could create an immaculately clean and comfortably stylish upscale space with high end finishes where you'll feel right at home.

The space
The living room has a comfortable couch and ratan swinging chair, with a 55" SONY 4K TV. The kitchen has all high end appliances and everything you'll need if you decide to spend the night in cooking for yourself. Bedroom has a king-size be with percal cotton sheets, comfortable hypo-allergenic pillows, and dedicated work space. The bathroom has a large shower with a dual heads and dual flush single piece toilet. Finally, the space includes a great outdoor area with a deck, a 5-person seating area, gas BBQ and a 4-person hot tub spa.

The entire space will be yours - you won't have to share any of the interior or exterior spaces.

Other things to note
This apartment went through a complete gut renovation in mid-2022 and every inch has been renovated with brand new kitchen appliances, cabinets, quartzite countertops, an entirely new bathroom and a high-efficiency, 2-zone mini-split HVAC system.

My wife Debbi and I have lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, a suburb of Jacksonville for the last 25 years. We were both born and raised in the New York metropolitan area and it is still one of our favorite places to visit. I went to Tulane University for college, and Debbi went to Loyola University, both in New Orleans. We both fell in love with the food and music in New Orleans and have been going back every year to Jazz Fest since graduating college. That said, our "happy place" is anywhere close to a beach, so living and raising our kids in the Jacksonvillle beaches area has been a blessing!
