San Miguel Chapultepec is one of the nicest neighborhoods to live in now a days... why?
Situated in Colonia San Miguel Chapultepec it is in the center of mayor activity, comercial and cultural areas in Mexico City. Comercial Zone Polanco, Cultural and Gastronomic Condesa, Night Live Colonia Roma, are just 10 minutes away by car. Cultural Coyoacán, Old Town San Ángel and Zocalo Old Quarter are just 20 minutes away either by taxi or Subway. Subway (Juanacatlán) is a block away and so are a couple coffee shops, deli market, street tacos, tortas and Sanborn´s Mexican Food Chain. Supermarket is three blocks away.
It is full of trees, safe and carries a tranquil environment. It maintains the old spirit with specialized shops all around.
There are 3 coffee shops in the surrounding blocks. Juice stand, quesadillas stand and a Deli shop with vegan food and small production beer and wine shop.
The market is a few blocks away, where one can eat or buy groceries. Supermarket is a few blocks away as well.
The Chapultepec Park is a few blocks away and so is the Castle and Museum... definitely a touristic attraction.
Taxi on call, Public bikes, Metrobus and Subway. Basically all transport available from a few blocks around the apartment.

This is truly an amazing and beautiful place to stay - amazing views, beautiful art throughout, and more than enough room for a decent sized group (we had only 3 - one per king bed which was very spacious as you'd assume). Great location as well - very close to the huge park in Mexico City which we took advantage of during our stay.
Leon is a very flexible and attentive host, responding to all our questions within less than an hour almost every single time. The housekeeper Inés was very helpful as well - even washed and folded our laundry while we were out at work for the day which was extremely helpful.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Mexico City this is definitely it, I'll be recommending this to anyone that might be headed that way. Well worth it, thanks Leon!
We had the housekeeper greet us, she was a lovely lady. The penthouse was clean and beautiful, centrally located and beautiful views of the city! I would definitely stay there again.
Leon was great, made it easy to get into the apartment and check out and was very nice when I spoke to him on the phone! The apartment is huge and light and a great place to work from for me. I really enjoyed my stay especially as it's so close to the park!
Leon was very nice and helpful, as was the apartment caretaker. The apartment is beautiful and is situated in a pleasant and convenient neighborhood. We had a wonderful time.
Another superb and memorable stay for me and my team at this penthouse. As this wasn’t our first time to stay here, we have grown fond and accustom to León’s home and hospitality. Although familiar, both continue to exceed expectations. We live and work with great ease in the penthouse while soaking in Mexico City through the wide open windows. Plenty of room to collaborate and more than ample room to find a quiet place to focus. On the last evening of our seven night stay, we hosted a small dinner gathering and invited our local partners in Mexico City to join us. Doña Inés prepared a fantastic dinner. Our guest from Mexico City were blown away by Leon’s penthouse and wish they could live and work as we did. A great evening to cap a great week-long experience. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity to visit again.
Leon was great a great host! Very easy to communicate with. We had 6 people arriving in a couple groups arriving at different times and he was available to help guide both taxi drivers to the place. The penthouse is beautiful -- a perfect place to hang out with friends, share meals, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us and it had great access to where we were going in the city. It's a very special space. :) I would definitely recommend it!
An amazing place and great location just a few blocks from Chapultepec park and the charming Condessa area. For architecture lovers its a 20 minute walk to the home of Luis Barragan where you can schedule a tour of his home.
Leon responds quickly to any questions in advance of the trip. He has thought of all the details and Dona Inez is there to meet you and help with info or to cook for you if you are interested.
We had a great time, thank you Leon.

About the Host, León
Hi there, I´m a 30 year old single man who studied Journalism in Madrid. I worked in media (Documentary and Photography) for a few years and a couple more in Scuba Diving and recreational boating. Then I came to Tulum and started a Veggie, Super Food, Healthy Restaurant named Co.ConAmor. I am working on that while I enjoy myself kitesurfing, scuba-diving and exploring the surrounding areas... it´s paradise.
I love travelling and I have been doing that for a long time. Now I´m travelling more around Mexico. I like books, movies, internet, musical instruments and dancing. I like cooking and drinking beer and wine.
I will help you with tips and insides and hook you up with the right people and activities if you are in want of that.
I welcome you to Mexico....
