No shoes worn inside the apt. No smoking in the building. Guests are asked to rinse all dishes & place in dishwasher & wipe counter (& stove if used) & wipe microwave spatter immediately after every meal, host will do the same.

Guests have access to all common areas of the house - living and dining room, kitchen, downstairs lavatory, everywhere really (except my bedroom). Guests with a car will have a designated parking space and be given a garage gate opener.
Guests have access to the laundry facilities and can do their laundry any time they like.
Interaction with guests
I leave it up to my guests to decide how much interaction they would like with me. I'm highly sociable & enjoy spending time with my guests but also respect my guests privacy and space to do their own thing if that's what they want.
Please ask me for any ideas about where to go and what to do during your stay....I have plenty.
Other things to note
No shoes worn past the entry of the house. Guests and host are expected to rinse all dishes and place in dishwasher and wipe down counters (and stove if used) immediately after every meal. Host takes care of larger cleaning tasks.
Laundry is on the premises and cost $2 for washing and $0.50 for drawing, per load.

Host requests guests rinse dirty dishes and place in dishwasher after meals and wipe counters & stove (if used). If dishwasher is full please hand wash dishes and place in the sink drainer to dry. Please don't bring excess suitcases or a bicycle or anything else that needs to be stored. Please also do not bring or purchase appliances, pots & pans or other similar household items (except a coffee maker which I don't have). I have pretty much everything you would need to cook with.
Please advise host in advance if you intend to use your own sheets, pillowcases or towels. I do 6 loads of laundry to wash everything for each new guest...save me a lot of time if you intend to bring your own.
Over-night visitors not a problem, $20 / night extra...please notify host first. Full use of kitchen, living room, patio & all common areas to all guests.
