The space
The Old Boat House is a renovated building which was the original boat house leading to the old Luib public slipway many years ago. Today it is a specious modern apartment within the grounds of our family home right on the water. The apartment features 1 king sized bed (it cannot be separated into singles).

Guest access
Guests can access the beach directly from the grounds of the property and are welcome to enjoy the grassed area in front of the parking spaces. A private deck is attached to the apartment.
