Guest access
As our guest, you will have full and private access to the entire Station 3 unit, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces. Your stay includes free parking for up to 2 vehicles. If you require parking for additional vehicles, please inquire with us before your stay.

Other things to note
Pre-Arrival Process: After confirming your booking, you will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete three quick steps: government-issued ID verification, a digital signature on our rental agreement, and a refundable $300 security deposit. The deposit is an authorization hold (not a charge) and is fully released after checkout, provided there is no damage.
Shared Laundry Access: Please note that when the adjacent unit (Station 2) has a checkout, our cleaning staff will need to access the pass-thru laundry room between 11 am and 3 pm. We will always provide you with a 24-hour notice. You may lock the kitchen door to the laundry room for additional privacy during this time.
Reporting Issues: We strive for perfection. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please report them to us within 24 hours. Promptly reporting any malfunctions that occur during your stay allows us to resolve them quickly for you.
Wheelchair Availability: Should you need a wheelchair during your stay, one is available for a one-time fee of $25. Please contact us for more information.
