Our newly built farmhouse with its two guest rooms invites you to explore the beautiful landscape at the foot of the Grimmings.
After 100 years, our farm was awakened from its slumber:
Tradition and modernity meet not only in the management of our farm, but also in the furnishing of our house.
Countless hours of work have made our farmhouse a real gem and a place to arrive and feel good.

The space
The guest room is located in the attic of our farmhouse and consists of the following furnishings:
Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, coffee table, comfortable bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet.
The fully equipped shared kitchen is located in the shared anteroom in front of the two guest rooms. This can be used jointly by the guests of our two guest rooms.

Guest access
Our guests have access to their booked room from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
They can also make use of the fully equipped shared kitchen. We ask that you observe the quiet hours at night from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, especially there.
The large garden with an excellent view of our local mountain, the "Grimming," can of course also be visited by our guests.

During your stay
We live in our farmhouse with our family. If we are not at home, we are best reached by phone or cell phone. Please just let us know if you need any assistance.

Other things to note
Our farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Irdning on a small hill with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
For this reason, we are not accessible or are very difficult to reach by public transport.
Arrival is recommended by car.
