The Cape Cod Room features a queen-size bed and private, in-suite bathroom. This room faces our quiet street and enjoys lots of bright sun during the day. Each room has free WiFi, DirecTV, and on-street parking. Breakfast is included in the rate.
The Cape Cod Room, named for its ocean blue hues and seaside decor, has a queen-sized bed and private in-suite bath with shower. This room has a lovely view of our quiet, tree-lined street. This room comfortably accommodates two people.
Guests can enjoy a free breakfast every morning in our common room. The common room includes a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, tea kettle, teas and other snacks. The common room is open for guests 24 hours.

Our office is open daily. Feel free to stop by for directions or recommendations. Or come and go as you please. Each room is set up with a guidebook, neighborhood map, and other brochures to help you plan your day.
Wicker Park is a trendy neighborhood filled with amazing restaurants, great shopping, cafes and nightlife. It is also family friendly with many parks and wonderful historic architecture.
We are 3 blocks from away the nearest train station and a block from the Milwaukee Ave bus. Both take you directly into downtown. There are many cabs in the area. You can also rent a Divvy bike with the nearest station located just 1 block away.
Other Things to Note
The rate quoted by Air BnB does not include state tax. Upon check in, you will have to pay 11.9% tax on the total invoice. Air BnB does collect city tax of 4.5%, but we are also obligated to state tax for all reservations. Thank you for your understanding.
Guests may come and go as you please, but we ask that you respect our neighbors and other guests who may be staying at the Wicker Park Inn. We respectfully ask for quiet hours between 10p - 6a.

Thank you for your interest in the Wicker Park Inn! We've enjoyed hosting many guests from all over the world, and we're always excited to share our wonderful city and neighborhood with new visitors. We are honored to be considered a second home for many visiting family and friends in the neighborhood.
I've lived in the Wicker Park/Bucktown neighborhood over 15 years and have seen a lot of amazing changes. There is always a new restaurant opening while old favorites just get better with time.
I grew up in Chicago and returned home in 1996 after earning an Urban Studies degree from Brown University. I started running the Wicker Park Inn in 2004. Over the years, we've updated and expanded the Wicker Park Inn which now includes four guestrooms and three apartments. We are staffed with amazing innkeepers, Robin and Emily, and our impeccable cleaning staff.
